Beautiful hotel, room and grounds - the pool area in particular was incredible! The three restaurants were all lovely, with good food. The rooftop bar, Luna, was especially fun. The cleaning service was amazing, they even did more straightening up during the turn-down service. The hotel was just a few blocks away from the Parroquia - very convenient, but also away from the noise and the crowds. The only service issue was a bucket of ice that I called for twice never showed up at all one evening. Only suggestion: provide higher quality soaps and lotion.

I love to travel and travel a lot. Have stayed in many hotels but Rosewood San Miguel De Allende is the cake topper in hotels. From the moment that we walked though the doors staff members went out of their way to make every moment a great moment. Sarahi, Ignacio (Nacho) and every single staff member at the hotel, room service, restaurants, spa, etc. gave us excellent service. This is my third visit in SMA and I have stayed at different places but Rosewood SMA is now my stay in hotel.

The AC in the room was damaged and the heater would turn on automatically, they finally moved us at 3 am. And they gave me a credit of $40 for a $500 a night stay

Todo excelente, a excepción de un room service que pedimos, en donde los quesos estaban pegados al fondo del plato, eran pura cáscara y el jamón serrano, tenía olor a camarón viejo ( contaminación cruzada por guardar las proteínas juntas sin separar ). . Quizás el brunch dominical podria estar mejor,entiendo que es un negocio, pero por el precio podrían poner algo de mejor calidad y no tanto “ Comida típica “los restaurantes de la azotea podrían tener más variedad, inclusive la carta de vinos es muy escueta, la calidad del hotel lo amerita. A sus órdenes ..!!

The Rosewood is beautiful. The staff….very welcoming. Liset at the pool gave us the best service ever!!! This hotel makes you feel special. The stay is a very unique experience like I have never seen. The attention to detail from the food to the decor is exceptional!!! Would definitely come back to visit😎

Beautiful hotel, but no extras or anything special for the price point. Rooftop room was spacious but the view was the neighboring residences’ roof HVAC units.

The staff was exceptional. The room had an incredible view on the gardens. Might be one of the best breakfasts in the world. My only area of improvement would be to get fresher, less crispy croissants. However, I am searching for flies in the ointment.

This property was a next level from the time you check in to when are taken to your room! The hotel is top of the line in every aspect. They took really good care of us. The upgrade we got was amazing in style ands the room was really nice with a balcony and private patio for ourselves.

This is an excellent option for your stay in SMA. All the staff is very attentive, the hotel is beautiful. We loved our room...the beds are extremely comfortable, we had a beautiful terrace with a view to the Parroquia. Also the SPA is an experience not to be missed. Montserrat in Guest Relations was extremely helpful in planning our stay, making our restaurant reservations and places to visit. We would definitely recommend this property and can't wait to come back!
