Not sure if this hotel is located in a convenient location but every taxi driver knows this hotel. Being known by 'every' taxi driver means that this is an old hotel and may not satisfy those who consider the hotel's new vibe and freshness. Still, it's a prestigious and a grand hotel and def. stay again if allowed :) (btw foods ordered for a room service wasn't great)

무난한호텔
스텝들 일 처리 속도가 좀 느렸어요. 게다가 3명이 스위트룸에 묵으면서 조식포함했는데 계속 한명 돈 더 내야한다고 조식레스토랑에서 피곤하게 굴어서 짜증났었어요. 스탭들이 좀 문제였던거 말곤 무난한 호텔이었어요.

1일 1회 청소로 청결함 유지 로비에 영어 가능자 배치 이용하지는 않았지만, 수영장 관리 및 이용도 괜찮아 보였음 맥도날드 및 스타벅스, 호텔 뒷편의 편의점등 호텔 내의 편이시설보다 바로 인근의 편의시설이 좋음 지하철입구 근처의 호텔로 접근성 용이 공무여비보다 약간 비쌌으나, 가격대비 만족함.

전반적으로 좋음. 지하철역이랑 붙어있고, 조금만 걸으면 유명 음식점이 있고 전통시장도 있어 먹을걱정은 안해도 된다. 다만 광저우 기후가 습한데 에어컨으로 습도조절은 불가능했다. 3인 1실을 사용했는데 세면도구는 2인이상 안챙겨주긴 하더라. 체크인 해주는 Miss Wang 이 아주 똑똑하고 센스있어서 영어못하는데 소통이 가능했다.

Deposit으로 2000위안을 한 것이 아직도 취소가 안 되네요.
우선 Deposit으로 2000위안을 계산하더군요.체크아웃을 할때 자동적으로 취소될것이라고 해서 기다리고 있는데...아직까지 해결이 안 되어서 오늘 콜센터에 통화를 해야겠습니다. 가장 훌륭했던것은 지하철역 접근성이었고 나머지는 평균수준이었으며 체크인 체크아웃하는 직원들은 불친절하였음.물어보면 성의없게 대답하고 해결의지가 없음.

보증금이 천위엔이에요.준비하셔야해요.호텔 바로 앞에 지하철이 있어서 관광하기 좋았어요.후진타오 수석도 묵었던 호텔인만큼 서비스도 좋고 여러면에서 좋았습니다.아침 뷔페도 종류도 많고 고급이어서 만족합니다.더블침대가 두개 좋인침실옝약했는데 4인가족이 묵을 수 있었어요.엑스트라베든는 하루에 백위안정도 더 내라고 해서 취소했답니다.

Didn't honor Non-smoking reservation
Was given a smoking room even though I reserved non-smoking. It was hard to breathe in there. The decor is dated and the area was not convenient to downtown shopping districts.

Reception team is really unprofessional. Difficult to communicate as understand very little to no English. Charged even for breakfast and when we showed booking they reversed. Never going back again this hotel.
