服務態度好但整潔度欠佳
服務人員態度很好，第二天早上5點退房還準備了早餐，可房間比較舊，不太乾淨，還有煙味，沒其他評價說得那麼好，很一般。

Property renovated like a 5 star hotel. Room is well appointed. Front desk staff and breakfast staff all very friendly and helpful. The only problem is the evening dining staff are not trained at all to serve western cuisine. Ruined my evening.

Very good location indeed, has good view at the roof restaurant. the breakfast has many options. However, the toiletries didn't top up on time, at the 1st day staying, the toiletries drawer was almost empty. The room is big enough but the lights is too dim.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Room size is big, and the room is clean. Good view. Convenient location to the city, shopping streets, with a lot of delicious restaurants around.

The hotel is located next to the river Li & Elephant Trunk Hill. Very good view from the rooftop of the hotel. Very friendly staff and good breakfast

Estupendo hotel y muy bien situado
Hotel muy bien situado, con vistas al rio, buen desayuno en la terraza de la septima planta con vistas estupendas, buena cama y muy confortable en general, os lo recomiendo, pongo fotos de las vistas

Room with a View
Our room faced the river and had beautiful views, especially at night, of the adjacent elephant hill area. The breakfast was great and was served overlooking the same beautiful area. We stayed here in March and our room was too warm as the air conditioning system was not available for the season. The windows did not open so we were unable to cool off the room. Other than that this hotel is really nice.

Schönes Hotel zentral gelegen
Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. 5 Sterne Kategorie (internationaler Standard) jedoch nicht komplett nachvollziehbar: Frühstück sehr chinesisch - nur Filterkaffee, keine Abwechslung, bei spätem erscheinen (in der Frühstückszeit) Speisen und Kaffee bereits kalt... Zimmersauberkeit ist akzeptabel aber bei genauem Hinsehen Verbesserunspotential vorhanden (Staub und Wasserflaschen unter Couch und Bett, Bettwäsche teilweise mit undefinierbaren Flecken) Allerdings gesamt gesehen ein sehr schönes Hotel in toller Lage jedoch eher mit 4 Sternen.
