Pleasant stay, staff was very supportive and helpful, room is spacious, they have nice garden area to take a walk. I would love to stay there again

계림에 있는 호텔 중 최고 입니다. 시내와 거리는 떨어져있지만, 택시 서비스나 외곽으로 나가는 튜어 서비스들이 잘 갖추어져 있어 큰 불편함을 못느꼈습니다.

Not so much recommended.
The only good thing about the hotel was food and the facility. Hotel room itself was not comfortable as the smoking room and the non-smoking room were all on the same floor. Had a corkroaches in the bathroom. Didn't have a conceirge outside helping the guest with the lugguages on arrival at night either. But the ground staffs are quite nice. Had some problems with bathroom oudour and could hear people having a shower upstairs. Overall, didn't live up to Shangri-La's brand value.

The staff in general are very nice and attentive including front desk, housekeeping, executive lounge as well as the garden lady 万小鳳. All good except Shang Gong where our group dined three or four times but seems understaffed, thus the serving time kept being delayed.

Hotel is located about 45 minutes from the airport, situated at the li-river. We had a nice walk along the river this morning.

Staff is helpful, plenty of facilities although quite a bit of extra charges, room is very much Shangri-la standard. However, F&B is quite disappointing. Breakfast selection and taste was poor, staff was not engaged and offers below par services.

Check in was excellent. My room was spotlessly clean and very well appointed. The view was amazing. The staff at the hotel were first class, courteous, faultlessly polite and extremely efficient. I would have liked to have stayed longer and will surely be back

Beautifully decorated, combining Chinese style motifs with Western comfort. Spacious room and bathroom. Comfortable bed. The hotel picked us up in a transfer van. The trunk perfectly fit 5 carryon suitcases and a few soft bags. He was waiting with a sign just as promised.

My family enjoyed our stay at the Shangri-La Hotel in Guilin very much. The hotel is located right next to the river and the river views (particularly at sunset) were breathtaking. It is located a bit outside of the center of town, but within walking distance (along the river) or a short taxi ride away. While the hotel seemed to be quite full - it seemed empty at the same time. That is both a compliment and a critique - as it was quite tranquil, but also a few areas seemed to be either closed or not in operation. Overall, we would readily stay at this hotel again.
