Receptionists of this hotel were unkind. There was nothing around this hotel. I don't fancy recommending at all.

Worst bed we’ve ever laid on
Very close to the port. Don’t waste your money on a shared taxi. We got stuck paying $400 Baht and we were the last stop only to find out the hotel is 1km from the ferry port. Not a bad looking hotel however the rooms need UPDATING. Our mattress was a plastic/rubber spring bed with just a sheet over it. Worst sleeping experience and unacceptable for a hotel of this level. Maybe expect that in a $5 hostel. The shower/ bathroom is all in one. While showering, the whole bathroom gets soaked. Not exactly comfortable or sanitary. Location overall was good and the beach was beautiful to take a walk north. I would not stay there again for the price.

Island bungalows
The rooms are a bit rustic but a cool feel for island life. Close enough to main pier for easy pick up and drop off but not a lot else in the immediate area

The hotel is great with a owning a nice clean beach. Hotel staff is really doing great. Would love to recommend this and definitely stay next.

Dead place..........
A big disappointment. Looked good from outside but not worth a penny. Old property, stinking rooms and cupboard. In this modern age, they had given us physical locks to lock our rooms and there were stickers in the room reading that the hotel won't be responsible if anything is stolen or lost. I mean which hotel room door has a aluminium latch to hold a lock these days? lol AC took around 5-6 hours to prove that it works and made noise throughout. Lockers were just kept in the cupboards and not bolted so no point keeping anything in there as anyone can just carry the entire locker with themselves. Geyser did not work. When we increased water flow in the shower, water landed on the pot and not on us. Very limited items in the breakfast. WiFi did not work for 1 entire day. If you want to step out to eat something, you gotta walk for a minimum of 15-20 min. You must take a bike if you are staying here. We couldn't as we reached late at night :( If you are in Koh Phangan for Fool Moon party then this is not the place, its 12 kms away. The resort driver who drove us around was a nice helpful guy and always carried a smile on his face.

Lovely peaceful stay
A lovely quiet little hotel complex, with a very oriental feel to it. Staff are very friendly and helpful, making up our room early before check in time. The view from the pool and beach is amazing. The rooms where very clean and tidy and wifi was good also. Would definitely recommend.

トンサラの中心地から近くて屋台や、買い物に行くのがとても便利な場所にあるホテルです☆ ビリヤードやプールもありました☆ レストランから見る景色がとても綺麗でした☆ そして、なによりスタッフ全員の笑顔、挨拶がとても素晴らしかったです☆ パンガン島に行ったらもう一度このホテルに泊まりたいと思います☆ 本当に素晴らしい思い出をありがとうございます☆

Sin mucho lujo, pero en un entorno espectacular
Hotel algo viejo. Habitación muy espaciosa pero sin caja fuerte. La ducha mala y sin espacio destinado para ella. La zona del hotel esta un poco alejada (15 minutos del pueblo andando por carretera), pero la playa es casi privada y los alrededores espectaculares.

Super trevligt hotell! Bra service och väldigt fint. Väldigt fin pool vid stranden och utsikten var otrolig. Frukosten var också bra. Finns gratis biljard och bordtennis, samt kajak att hyra för billig peng.

Helt okej med tanke på priset
Mysigt hotell men låg inte vid en jättefin strand. Men det fanns jättefina stränder på gångavstånd! Taxi in till stan tog Max 5 min och kostade 100 baht för två! Frukosten var inte bra och lunchen sådär så ät på matmarknad i stan istället ☺️

Rien n allait ! Ni la propreté de la chambre ni les services proposés et encore moins le personnel ! Un mail vous ai envoyé pour une réclamation ! Le gros détail à retenir sont les 110€ vole dans la chambre dans mon portefeuille dans mon sac !!!!!

Vi tyckte väldigt bra om grand sea beach Resort! Vi ville ha några lugna dagar vid stranden och då är det perfekt. De har en privat liten strand där det är väldigt långgrunt, men vi badade mest i poolen. Väldigt bra service av personalen!

Great location, definetly worth the money
The pool was great,restaraunt was decent, the room could of used an update but the AC still worked great and the TV had a decent amount of English channels. Well worth the price we paid and grest location.

einfaches Hotel in ruhiger Lage direkt am Strand
Zwischen Hotelanlage und Meer kleine Ufermauer mit drei Treppenstufen direkt ins Wasser(bei Flut), bei Ebbe sehr flacher Sandstrand, schwimmen kaum möglich. Nette Garten-Anlage mit Bungalows um den Pool, Wiese mit Liegen und Sonnenschirmen. Frühstück im Freien bzw. unter Vordach mit Blick zum Meer. Landseitig dahinter liegen die Gebäude mit den Zimmern. Zimmerzugang über Laubengänge. Die Standard-Zimmer sind sehr sparsam eingerichtet: Bett, ein Schrank ohne Türen, eine Kommode mit Spiegel und vier kleinen Schubladen, davor ein Hocker, außerdem ein kleiner Kühlschrank und ein Fernseher. Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und es besteht in allen bereichen Bedarf nach Renovierung. Das (meist) englisch-sprechende Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht alles recht zu machen.

Attractive place - room extremely drab and under furnished, shabby really. Very disappointed. Beach / swimming - very small, very rocky and shallow, but no surprises there because we'd done our homework. Not recommended

Fint hotell nära 'stranden' (inte mycket till strand men gick att bada etc). Fina bungalows och bra personal som hjälpte till jättemycket! Bokade resor, mopeder etc med hjälp av dem. Var där över jul och nyår och då pyntade de fint och bjöd på show och middag. Inte långt från 'stan' heller så man kunde lätt gå in och shoppa samt äta.

Veškeré hodnocení třeba vnímat v thajských souvislostech.S hotelem žádný problém, transfer do přístavu zdarma. Skvělá prázdná pláž kousek od hotelu po pobřeží (nenechte se odradit tou přímo před ním).

Hotel avec un bon rapport qualité prix
Hotel très sympa, au bord de mer avec une plage calme et une vue impressionnante, vous serrez toutefois un peu à l'étroit dans les bungalow mais c'est vraiment un hôtel atypique et le prix est très abordable. Pour rester 3/4 jours c'est parfait mais pas plus.

Was really nice, clean room, chilled out
I thought it was a good hotel, it was pretty empty when I first got there so it was quiet but as it for closer to the full moon it was pretty busy! I found the hotel staff really nice, some didn't speak much English but it was completely fine!

Mooi hotel, wel de luxe bungalow nemen!
Netjes en mooi hotel. We sliepen eerst in de standaard kamer, was erg simpel maar prima. Daarna de luxe bungalow was helemaal super. Stukje lopen naar de winkeltjes of de pier is goed te doen. Ontbijt was eenvoudig. Restaurant had verder goed eten.

Kein Luxus Resort aber für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ohne grosse Ansprüche genau das richtige. Die Anlage ist sehr schön und kann sich wirklich sehen lassen, die Zimmer sind aber sehr einfach und zweckmässig. Gutes Preis Leistungs Verhältnis, auch während Full Moon Party. Entgegen aller Informationen, selbst vom Hotelpersonal an der Reception, hatte es einen Safe im Zimmer.

Hotellet er veldigt bra, stort och cool arkitektur. (er utomlands derav de ikke svenska tagentbordet). 2 pooler och egen badstrand, rent och frescht. Om man vill festa ligger det ganska langt fran haad rin ca 20 min med tuktuk. Om man vill bara ta de lugnt er det pa basta laget. Bra service, free wifi. Engelsktalande personal.

wonderful hotel area!
We got to the hotel around 9pm and the reception was closed, bit after a few minutes the girl who worked there came and helped us into our room. The rooms are simple and the beds are pretty hard. Still at this price its a nice room with AC. The hotel has a beutiful exterior and are right at the beach. We just hade one lunch at the restaurant wich wasnt very good. Breakfast was ok, no buffet. Straff was friendly and helpful, kajaks are free to borrow and overall a good hotel for the money paid.

Lovely and tranquil.
Such a beautiful, peaceful place. Staff were incredibly friendly too especially the English guy on reception - very friendly. Wonderful surroundings and an incredibly clean pool. Would recommend to friends.

Greit nok til ei natts søvn, ikke mer.
Liggerlangt fra det meste. Med litt godvilje kan man nok gå til en matbutikk på rundt 10-15 min. Hotellet så greit ut utenfra, men rommet vi fikk minnet mer om en stusselig glattcelle. Gammelt og slitt, klart i behov for renovering. Ingenting på veggene gjorde ikke helheten bedre. Dusjen er plassert midt på langveggen i et smalt rom, slik at hele badet blir vått hver gang man skal dusje. Henger liste rett innenfor døren om hvor mye du må betale om noe blir ødelagt, noe som ikke akkurat hjelper på å føle seg hjemme. Var greit for ei natts soving, men ikke mer.

Great pool area and outdoor setting on a lovely small beach. The exterior of the hotel is really impressive however the rooms seriously let it down. They are very basic and not the cleanest.

Sauberes, relativ ruhiges Hotel für Fullmoonparty
Wir (zwei Mädels Anfang 20) haben unser Zimmer im Grand Sea vorab für die Fullmoonparty reserviert. Anreise überhaupt kein Problem, da das Hotel nur ein paar Minuten (mit dem TukTuk) vom Hafen entfernt liegt. Die Zimmer sind großzügig und sauber mit Klimaanlage und Kühlschrank. Die Poolanlage und der Strand sind auch sehr gepflegt und schön zum entspannen, bevor man auf die Fullmoonparty geht. Wer ein Partyhotel sucht, ist hier nicht unbedingt an der richtigen Stelle. Abends wurde zwar die Poolbar geöffnet, aber es war nicht wirklich was los. Das Hotel bietet Abends stündlich einen Fahrservice zur Fullmoonparty an (Fahrtzeit mit TukTuk ca. 25 Min.). Zurück zum Hotel zu kommen, war auch überhaupt kein Problem (TukTuks an jeder Ecke). Negativ bewerten muss man leider, dass auf den Zimmern kein Safe ist. Seine Wertsachen kann man zwar an der Hotelrezeption einschließen. Diese macht aber leider erst morgens um acht Uhr wieder auf. Das hatte dann natürlich zur Folge, dass sämtliche Fullmoonpartygänger ihre Sachen zwar sicher verstaut hatten, aber in der Nacht als sie heim kamen, nicht mehr an Schlüssel fürs Zimmer usw. ran kamen. Also haben alle entweder auf den Pool-Liegen oder vor den Zimmer genächtigt. War dann in der Nacht ganz schön laut. Man sollte wohl auch erwähnen, dass man sich nicht an den Strand legen kann, da es vom Poolbereich eigentlich fast direkt ins Meer geht.

Not a pleasant stay
Clean rooms and good location. Only bad comment was that the office was not open at 6am when we advised them we had an early morning departure and they forgot to give us our packed breakfast and attend the office. Very disappointed. Also massage facility was renovating at the time and we were not advised.
