Dear Guests, It was very unfortunate that you could not appreciate the fact that our housekeeping found during the check out that 2 of our bathrobes were missing in your room. It is a usual practice in hospitality that anything taken from the rooms should be given back to the resort or paid for if taken as a souvenir. We were sorry to have been forced to let you open your luggage to find out that our bathrobes were packed in them, we then proposed you to give them back or pay the 2.000 bath you mentioned which is just our cost price for them. You agreed to pay those bathrobes and left the resort. Sorry again for the inconvenience and for your anger about such unfortunate fact. 안녕하세요, 콴비치 리조트 입니다. 우선 저희 콴비치 리조트를 이용해 주셔서 감사드리며, 저희 리조트에서 좋지 않은 추억을 가지고 떠나셔서 매우 유감이며 죄송하다는 말씀 먼저 드립니다. 유감스럽게도 고객님께서 말씀하신 것처럼, 저희 직원이 체크 아웃 당시 객실 내 비치된 2개의 가운이 사라진 것을 체크한 뒤, 이에 대해 고객님께서 2000바트를 지불한 것은 사실입니다. 모든 리조트에서는 투숙객에게 무료로 제공되는 물품 이외의 객실 비치 물품은 무상으로 제공하지 않고 이를 투숙객이 임의로 가져갈 수 없기에, 저희는 체크 아웃 시 객실을 확인하는 것이 업무입니다. 체크아웃 당시 고객님의 객실에서 사라진 가운 2개는 고객님의 짐 안에서 발견이 되어 그 자리에서 저희에게 가운을 반환하시기 보다는 2000바트(가운의 원가)를 지불하시기로 결정하셔서 그렇게 상황이 종료 되었습니다. 가운을 발견하고 지불하시기로 결정하는 과정에서 고객님께서 느끼셨을 불쾌함에 대해서 사과드립니다. 또한 베개 시트로 인해 불쾌감을 드려 죄송하며, 추후 이러한 일이 발생하지 않도록 더욱더 철저하게 리조트와 객실 청결에 주의하도록 하겠습니다. 콴비치 직원 일동 드림.
