따오에서 만족스러운 리조트
매핫선착장에서 도보 오분 거리에 있어 처음에 체크인하기 편했음. 룸 분위기는 좀 오래돼 보이지만 방이 진짜 엄청 넓고 관리도 깨끗하게 돼있어서 만족스러웠음. 스태프도 친절함. 수영장도 크고 관리 잘됨.

솔직히 시설 (수영장)은 지금껏 가본 호텔중 가장 컷다 하지만 직원들의 친절도는 많이 부족해 보였다

제방 욕실 천정이 플라스틱 판넬 같은걸로 되이있어서 비가 오면 운치는 있지만 소나기 내리면 너무 시크러워 자다 깰 정도..밤문화는 싸이리에서 하시는게 여기선 2박 정도 머물면서 낭유안도 다녀오시고 잔솜베이 가기 좋아용 다른 숙소에선 볼 수 없는 큰 풀장!! 매핫에서는 딱히 해변가 는없어요 오직 풀장에서만 참방참방

We absolutely loved our stay ! The location is directly on the beach and so close to walk via the beach or the pathway to town ! Would definitely stay here in the future !

Walkable from the docks but not suitable for wheelie luggage. Excellent hotel, though we didnt eat here. Lots of local food stalls, restaurants etc in vicinity.

La chambre, la piscine, le matelas, le service, tout est magnifique Mais si vous venez dans le but de vous reposer cest perdu d'avance, n'espérez pas dormir au delà de 9h du matin. Le coq qui chante dès 6h Et ensuite les murs sont comme des feuilles de papiers, on entend chaque passage, chaque personne qui parle, chaque porte qui se ferme ainsi que les bebes qui pleurent. Et encore cette chambre n'est pas située a un endroit de passage, je n'imagine même pas ceux avec l'accès direct a la piscine ... c'est quand meme un gros point négatif pour nous car le but était de se reposer un maximum, mon conjoint ayant des problèmes de sommeil.

While we enjoyed our stay there were A Couple of issues 1. No change for large denominations 2. Smell of cigarette smoke coming into our room - when someone smoking on balcony -suggest they have a non smoking area away from smoking - 3 let people know there will be a feee pick up on arrival at port Good things - staff At restaurant were Excellent and very friendly

La struttura è un po’ datata. Avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata. La camera comoda ma il letto è in stile thai e quindi si accede solo da un lato. In bagno mancano punti d’appoggio in doccia. Per il resto la posizione è buona, unica cosa bisogna risalire una strada con un dislivello abbastanza ripido per andare dal lato di Sairee beach. La spiaggia davanti l’hotel è decente.

Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The villa was beautiful and comfortable. They took care of every need. Food was delicious. Massage was outstanding. I want to stay here when I come back.

Had a lovely stay at Koh Tao Montra Resort. Always hard to tell what a property will actually be like when booking online, but we were focused on a good pool and decent sized rooms as we were travelling with Grandma and teens. Pool was nice and big and clean. Rooms were clean and very large. Property was very quiet and peaceful. We had an issue with the ceiling leaking when the A/C was on. They came and did a quick fix but it persisted. We just caught the water with a bucket and left it alone as maintenance didn't seem to worried about it. The location is on Mae Haad beach but is pretty close to Sairee beach (15 min walk). The bustling area of Mae Haad is only a 3-5 min walk from the hotel and there are lots of restaurants, 7-eleven, shops, etc. Would stay at Koh Tao Montra again.

Great place!
Great service from front office! Asked for groundfloor in booking online and got a quick answer and confirmation on that. Also very friendly and helpful on site. The rooms are so big and nice, great for family! Good waterpressure and hot water in sink. The restaurant could be more on there toes, a lot of food on the menu not awalible and took a really long time to get the food! (didn't try the breakfast or lunch buffé) Overall a really nice place and god value for the money!

Very tired and rates are too high
Very expensive for the quality and standard of service and facility. For the price we expected much more. Food and refreshments served at breakfast was very poor. No soap, minimal toilet paper until requested. Rooms and overall hotel facilities are very tired and neglected. The rates for this hotel need to be reviewed so guests can feel they get what they pay for!

We have been to Montra many times in the past, but have not visited for a number of years. As other reviewers say, the property needs updating. Silly things, like knobs missing from drawers, cupboards and doors not opening or closing properly. There was one day when we went down to breakfast and there was absolutely nothing there, not even coffee. Pool towels were also a problem. However, having said that, we still love Montra. The pool is fantastic, the rooms are large, beds comfortable and the location is wonderful - right on the beach. Staff are also helpful and friendly. We would have no hesitation going back and the resort could be really beautiful if only they would maintain it better.

We don't like having our room cleaned everyday but the housekeepers went above and beyond to make our stay great by leaving bottles of water, toilet paper and fresh towels attached to our door. This is the kind of detail that makes me come back to hotels. Also the pool was one of the best we had, ever.

Hotel um pouco antigo, super perto do pier de chegada a ilha e a uns 15 minutos caminhando até o fervo de sairee beach. Funcionário do bar da piscina muito gentil e atencioso, a recepção só funciona ate as 10 da noite. Falta um pouco de manutenções no hotel mas nada muito prejudicial.

Rätt oskönt bemötande vid incheckningen. Stora rum, rätt moderna. Det står att det är balkong men observera att det är en loftgång som du delar med andra. Detta visas inte på några bilder. Rätt tråkig frukost. Stor och fin pool precis vid stranden. Hotellet ligger på en lite lugnare del av stranden vilket för oss var toppen. Nära färjorna också! Läget och poolen drar upp betyget på hotellet rejält!

This was a very poor hotel and only a 2* at a push... the staff are lovely and bed is comfortable but the hotel condition is in need of up grade. Dining area is very poir and grubby. The pool towels have bleach marks all over them, abd hoing out for the day and realising on an excursion thst the towel has lots of bleach is not good. I would not reccomend this hotel far nicer and better around for the same money

Relaxing chilled vibes and very clean!
Great place to stay in Koh Tao if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle but not too far. Room was HUGE and bed super comfortable. It was immaculately clean. Staff cleaned it everyday for us which you don't get in many hotels. The pool was lovely and very relaxing. We rented a moped and scooted over to the more busy parts of koh Tao in the day and to some amazing beaches. Would recommend!
