Dear Guest, Thank you for your staying and sharing this feedback on expedia. you stayed in room 706 from 28/12/2019 - 05/01/2020 unfortunately, we never received any complaints during your stay. date of 31 December 2019 was New Year's Eve, the bars, restaurants opened lately for celebration but only 1 night as all bars and restaurants have to closed before mid night and it's minimal noise! please understand that our reception is 24 hours and I'm on duty daily in case of unpleasant stay. however, if there was any inconvenience caused I take this opportunity to apologize and we are keeping to improve our outstanding in 3 star Eco-friendly Resort.
