Not Great
Not a great stay. Arrived late, hotel didn’t take credit cards, (why this one hotel I put, pay at hotel, I have no idea), if you book pay online. We bought the most expensive room on the sight because it was a great deal. The “sea view” was really peeking down a walkway to the sea, and in all fairness when I looked at the picture on the site, the “sea view” I had purchased was looking down a walkway to the sea. I think the worst thing was the next day, at sunset I was about to jump in the sea and decided to just take a dip in our pool. The next morning looking at the sea, there were jellyfish everywhere and no one had warned us. The manager/owners appeared to be not interested in their customers at all. Positives, the aircon worked great.the woman at breakfast was lovely. We were upgraded to a truly sea front room. Everyone is recovering from COVID lockdown, but I think there are better places out there

A little slice of heaven
This resort is wonderful... especially if you're looking to "escape". There are a limited number of rooms, which makes it more exclusive. The beach is large (and gorgeous!) and there were not many other people around. The surf was quite calm during my stay, which made it ideal for swimming. Their chef is very good, so it's easy to dine at the restaurant nightly. Massages are a great pampering treat and easy to book. Reception staff are a delite: Very friendly, helpful & accommodating. I will definitely stay at Sea Valley again. :) My only "not perfect" comment would be that there were quite a few children. All absolutely adorable kids, but it changes the dynamic of the resort. (But this is nothing negative towards the property)

Nos trataron de estafar y esta muy lejos de todo
El hotel esta a una hora del centro de samui y los lugares de interés. Pese a que inicialmente parecían muy atentos y amables los empleados, a la devolución del coche de alquiler que cogimos en el mismo hotel intentaron estafarnos con una falta de honestidad y decoro lamentable. Unicamente, nuestra persistencia, falta de urgencia por salir al aeropuerto, y el requerimiento de contactar con el gerente del hotel (a lo que obviamente no se abrieron puesto que de trataba de su mordida particular) nos libraron de la estafa. En definitiva un lugar para no pisar.

Greetings. We have videos and photos of the car before and after the rental. We do not deceive our guests when renting a car, but we are not ready to pay for damage to the car by guests. When renting, you read and signed a contract indicating that you agree to the rental conditions, including payment for minor damage up to 15,000 baht. We paid the repair ourselves for a damaged car 2000 baht. Thank you for your honest comment and have a nice day

asked to pay for the snacks we've never had
during check-out, the front desk staff claimed that some snacks (potato chips and coconut chips) were missing from the mini bar. we've told him clearly that we never took anything from the mini bar, however he didnt take our words and insisted us to pay about 370Baht for the chips. we've spent 14000hkd on flights, 5500hkd for the 4 nights valley stay, plus mutiple meals, massage there, why on earth would we lie to get rid of the 370 Baht snacks? it is small money but the way how their staff handling the case was very disappointing.

We apologize for the unpleasant situation. But upon arrival, we fill the minibar completely. After check-out, the staff checks the minibar and if something is missing there, they write a check for guests who stayed in this room.

Small, quiet resort. . Very peaceful and incredibly relaxing. The staff are extraordinary, so helpful and work tirelessly and happily making sure everything is perfect. We loved staying here. Very highly recommended.

Fantastic
Amazing pool by the beach with great views and sunsets. The breakfast was exceptional and so was the regular menu. The massage while pricier than outside was well worth it. The concierge was extremely efficient, friendly and accommodating. They provide quality service when it came to signing up for tours or liaising with transport agencies for ferries etc. The villas are quite spacious.

Very nice rooms and excellent breakfast
They are working hard to make sure the resort is always in good condition and the rooms are really good quality. I'm very fussy about hotel breakfasts but here they clearly have the same thoughts as I do because they provide an absolute top quality breakfast. Excellent bread and pastries, Huge array of fresh fruits and even some really nice salmon and a cheese board. The only downsides are that the beds need a topper to make them a bit softer, and the bungalows at the back are subject to terrible noise from motorbikes and trucks, although its mostly in the daytime. Staff are very friendly and professional.

Great family friendly resort
Beautiful resort with amazingly large rooms. Friendly and attentive staff and great food. My only suggestion would be the addition of an open outside bar area. Otherwise perfect!

Pas le plus beau mais le meilleur hôtel où nous avons sejourné. Le restaurant propose des plats d’excelente Qualité à des prix raisonnables. Le staff est d’une serviabilité d’une disponibilité d’une discrétion et d’une gentillesse sans égale particulièrement au restaurant et au bar. Très bon hôtel les pieds dans l'eau
Situé à l'écart de presque tout (moyen de transport indispensable), cet hôtel est l'endroit idéal pour son cadre et sa tranquillité. D'une propreté irréprochable, que ce soit l’accueil, les parties communes, la piscine, la plage ou les chambres, rien à redire. Le personnel est assez professionnel, courtois, disponible et plutôt réactif. La chambre avec terrasse est un bungalow individuel, la déco tendance Thaï et les équipements en font un endroit où il fait bon se poser. La piscine et la plage attenante avec transats sont des invitations à la baignade ou à la farniente. Le petit dèj est copieux et de très bonne qualité. Le restaurant n'est pas trop cher (sauf peut-être pour les vins), de la qualité et un large choix y sont proposés (d'autant plus pratique quand on a des enfants), sinon vous trouverez quelques autres restaurants en longeant la plage. Les tarifs des taxis et des excursions sont très corrects surtout pour celles en privé accompagnées par un membre de l’hôtel. Très bon rapport qualité-prix en général. Nous y avons passé un court mais magnifique séjour.

I stayed 5 nights with wife. 1. One day there was special dinner(Valentines day) on the beach, we choose flesh sea food and grill. It was very flesh and tasty. And also saxophone live music was there. We were very surprises and enjoyed... 2. Facial spa is very good. We refresh our skin. I have seen many guests tried massage but facial spa guest was less. Cost is little but high but quality is best. 3. One disappoint point is water pressure. It is very less. For lady who has long hair likes my wife, difficult to have bath. Except point 3 we are satisfied and if we have change we want to stay again. Staff's hospitality is also good.

Lækkert hotel men uden den thailandske charme
Ud over os var der stort set kun russere og de spillede ret høj og larmende musik i restauranten men var villige til at skrue ned når man bad om det. resortet og værelserne var lækre med de private pools. Service var upåklagelig og ejerne som selv boede på stedet virkede søde og imødekommende.

Seht gutes ruhiges Hotel mit einer Familierer Atmo
Das Team vom Hotel ist sehr freundlich. Sie gehen gerne auf persönliche Wünsche ein. Dass Essen in Restaurant schmeckt auch gut. Strand ist sauber. Massagen sind auch sehr gut und ziemlich günstig. Die Bungalows sind von einander durch die grünen Hecken getrennt und man fühlt sich sehr gut.

Excellent Hotel next to a quiet beach
We enjoyed our stay at the hotel sea valley very much. Our bungalow was clean with a beautiful Interieur. The Managment is eager to keep everything in best condition. Two inches off perfection
This resort could easily be improved upon. First however, for fairness, the place is as cleanest as you could ever expected. Not only the bathroom, not only the room, but everywhere you visit within the hotel area is tidy and clean. The garden is also well maintained. Secondly, the service awareness of the staff is amazing. They simply want to take care of you, not in the annoying fashion. Both the restaurant staff and the reception staff are outstanding. I gathered some names, Sunny, Aye, Mr. Ram, Phrae and Meena. Apologies for those who I do not recall, but everyone deserves this attention. There are two flaws in this resort. First, most services are unjustifiably expensive. 200%-300% compared with any normal prices around. This includes laundry, massage, food/drinks. Speaking of which, the food is not good. Neither the food in the restaurant, nor at the breakfast. They really try, though the food is in low standards. All these end up in ridiculous and embarrassing situation where most guests dine in a nearby restaurant together. A more mature chef should run the kitchen, and a manager who knows about cousin should be recruited and the prices could and should be normalized. Last but not least, a Russian couple run the hotel. The lady is present most of the time, which is nice, but must change her attitude. She wants everyone to realize that she is the supervisor, by patronizing the staff. This is an outdated and wrong way. I'd step away and outsource the management job.

Einfach spitze!
Alles spitze, sehr ruhig gelegene Anlage. Den Strand hatten wir fast für uns alleine. Der Service war wirklich zuvorkommend. Restaurant war toll, die Klimaanlage fanden wir nicht zu laut. Wir hatten einen Bungalow direkt am Strand, somit nichts von Straßenlärm zu hören, einfach erholsam wenn man abschalten will. Wer Party braucht, ist hier am falschen Platz. Für Unternehmungen ist ein Mietwagen oder Roller (welcher hier sehr günstig gemietet werden kann) von Vorteil.

Ruhige Ferien
Idealer Ort um ruhige Ferien zu Verbringen. Hotel liegt direkt am Strand. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet. Bitte darauf achten, dass das Zimmer (Bungolow) nicht in der hinterster Reihe der Anlage liegt, da man sonst den Verkehr im Zimmer sehr gut hört. Das Essen ist gut und bezahlbar. Im Umkreis von ein paar hundert Metern gibt es weitere Restaurant die gut und auch preiswertiger sind. Bei einigen kann man das Dinner direkt am Stand einnehmen was wunderschön ist. Das Meer ist sauber und eher ruhig.

Fint hotell, dålig strand och något off läge
Fint bemötande av trevlig personal. God kokosglass som incheckningsgåva. Hotellets område är fint med gott om solstolar och helt ok pool. Rummet var väl tilltaget och rent. Hotellet har egen privat strand men usel havsbotten gjorde stranden obrukbar. Gymmet minimalt utan styrketräningsredskap. Frukosten var fräsch och personalen erbjöd god service. Det som drar ned betyget för vår del var att det pågick en festival när vi var där vilket innebar att det i fastigheten bredvid hotellet spelades hög musik (karaokestyle) från 20-00.30 4 dagar i rad. Vi som hade småbarn blev väldigt störda av detta. Egentligen inget som hotellet kan påverka men det påverkade vår vistelse.

Fantastic stay. Very peaceful hotel. Staff were incredibly friendly, good food and a lovely place for a family holiday. The view over the beach was simply beautiful. Highly recommend this lovely hotel.

very clean property and well maintained.
The property is small but amazing. I simply loved the beach front villa with private pool. The staff are very friendly and ready to go a extra mile to help you.

Beautiful room and view
The hotel is a bit secluded; not walkable to anything of interest although a short scooter ride will get you into shops, restaurants, etc. The room was incredible; we had a beachfront room and the view was wonderful and it was very private. Unfortunately the restaurant isn't as good as we were expecting from other reviews. The servers are eager to please but it seems they are still learning about efficiency. The breakfast was decent, although the coffee is awful. We arrived late our first day so wanted to order something quick; tried for Sushi but were told they didn't have any so settled on a pizza which turned out to be a very small, frozen pizza. I would suggest removing that from the menu, especially for the price of it. We dined on the beach for Valentine's day and got BBQ seafood dishes which were well prepared. We would recommend the hotel for the room, view, and privacy.

Super Zimmer mit Pool und direkter strandlage
Bei uns war es leider nicht so tolles Wetter, aber da kann das Hotel natürlich nichts dafür, das Zimmer war super gemütlich und die direkte strandlage ein Traum, gleich in der Früh hatten wir als erstes immer die Vorhänge aufgemacht im direkten Blick auf das schöne Meer zu haben. Frühstück war je nach Wetter, bei guten Wetter gabs Buffet und wenn man omlett wollte musste man einen Zettel ankreuzen. bei schlechten Wetter war nichts aufgebaut da musste man alles ankreuzen das man gerne zum Frühstück haben möchte. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend immer freundlich und konnte gut englisch. die Anlage an sich war auch super schön tolle Rezeption mit Springbrunnen und Frühstück mittags- und Abendessen mit Blick aufs Meer. Direkt am Strand werden Massagen angeboten und eine Bar ist auch vorhanden.

Great holiday!
I absolutely recommmend this wonderful paradise! Stayed here with my wife and our little son and loved the place. Everything in this lovely resort was exceptional: the villa is clean and spacious, the beach is well taken care of(not crowded, always clean), the food is always delicious! Have to mention their excellent breakfast: big selection of fresh fruits, many different kinds of teas, good variety of freshly baked pastries(muffins, croissants, chocolate danish, and my personal fave is almond croissants mmm yummy)! We were staying in beach front villa which has the best view and offers a direct access to the beach. Loved the private pool! And last but not the least - super friendly staff. They are always ready to help and answer any of your questions.

Underbar resort
Underbart hotell med fina bungalows av större format , mycket vänlig och hjälpsam personal , kändes riktigt lyxigt att få sin middag serverad på stranden och samtidigt se solnedgången , ett oförglömligt minne , kan varmt rekommenderas.

Good for relaxing and unwinding
Nice private pool available with the beach at your doorstep. Bathroom design could be better, tends to lead to the whole bathroom floor getting wet when showering. Staff are friendly and helpful with a nice birthday surprise for the wife. Beach was practically empty for most periods of time.
