Good hotel
Good location, beautiful beach, clean pool, delicious food. I'll stay again, if I visit Kho samui again. 페리터미널에서는 멀지만 공항과 번화가에서 가까운 곳에 위치하고 있고 바다를 즐기기에 최상인 넓고 깨끗한 해변이 있습니다. 수영장 이용도 편리하고 해변에 위치한 레스토랑의 음식도 훌륭한 편입니다. 조식뷔페 메뉴도 충실하고 맛도 좋았습니다. 다시 코사무이를 방문한다면 페어비치하우스에 다시 숙박할 생각입니다.

Lovely resort with most staff being very polite and helpful. Only negative was that the service can often be very slow around the pool bar and some pool bar staff were lacking the welcoming Thailand smile. Otherwise, a very enjoyable stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was big and airy, the bathroom modern, bed comfortable and room kept clean by housekeeping. We loved the beach, it’s cleanliness, size and the clear, calm water in which we swam every day. The buffet was nice, the coffee there was excellent. The hotel was near restaurants outside the property whete we could go for non-touristy food. The property was not blasting music all day and we were able to be on a part of the beach where we didn’t hear the bar music. At night there was audible music from our balcony ( the balcony was great) but they turned it off at a decent hour. The staff were super fast with the cart to take us to the beach or reception area (we were up on a hill with a fantastic view worth having to use a cart) All in all a wonderful stay. Would go there again. Very relaxing.

Teething issues post covid.
The hotel is just coming back after COVID. The room was clean each day, but a bit tired with the shower door broken, our friends room's AC not working on day one and not effective on the remainder of the days. Not all facilities are up and running, e.g. the top pool was open, but no lights for at night, beach chairs are okay, but many are broken so they ran out a number of times. The restaurant staff were generally ineffective, a couple were fantastic, but a few had literally no idea what to do and were simply rude. The gym has some good equipment, but no towels and was never cleaned, AC didn't work and it was pretty gross working out in there. I'm sure it will all work out soon as they get back to their old selves, but it definitely wasn't what we expected looking at their instagram... those pictures are glossy... The gardens and setting is all lovely and it will be fine once they get their groove. It is definitely not what you would expect at a 4 star hotel.

Must stay!
The experience of Fair house was amazing. When we were booking the hotel we were not sure due to the star rating of the resort. I feel the resort is great value for money. Its right on the beach, we were accommodated in a family room facing the pool and the beach was hardly 2 mins walk from our room. The hotel even has a beach massage service where you can relax. The food at the restaurant was also of good quality and delicious. The breakfast was 5 star there was almost everything you need and the staff was very helpful asking us to bring anything if there is anything missing or if there is any special request. The only downside was the wifi and language issues where some of the staff members are not able to understand the requirement.

Для майского отдыха на Самуи выбрали The Fair House Beach Resort & Hotel + цена (самый бюджетный отель на пляже Чавенг Ной) + прекрасный чистый пляж + шикарная территория отеля - старые номера - встретили таракана ванной комнате в первый день отдыха - скудный выбор на завтраке - рядом практически негде поесть, нужно идти вдоль проезжей части до ближайшего кафе Если вам не важна атмосфера в номере, наличие кафешек рядом и хочется съездить бюджетно - это хороший вариант с учетом шикарного пляжа и приятной территории.

Wunderbare Lage, der Hang mit den Zimmern und Appartements ist eine gut gepflegter Dschungel, 2 Pools, 1 Strandbar und 1 Restaurant mit Der Möglichkeit direkt am Strand Abends zu essen und natürlich ein Bilderbuch - Sandstrnd mitkostenloswn Liegen und Schirmen. Die Zimmer sind groß, sehr gute Betten und ein Bad mit großer Dusche. Alles nicht mehr ganz neu, aber in gutem Zustand und sehr sauber. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Rigtig flot hotel men ville ikke selv vælge dem.
De prøvede desværre at snyde os til en Normal bongalow istedet for en Delux-bongalow. Jeg spurgte flere gange om de var sikker på det var en delux hvor de svaret ja. Første da jeg truet med og ringe til Hotels.com så fik vi vores rigtige bongalow en halv dag for sent. Rigtig flot hotel med smukke palmer, gågange og haver.

Очень красивое место
Отель в целом понравился, огромнейшая территория, очень зеленая вся в деревьях, живёшь как будто в тропическом саду, по деревьям и пальмам прыгают белки, по дорожкам ползают большие красивые улитки и прочая живность. Идеальнейший пляж Чавег Ной, ещё один огромный плюс этого отеля, но нужно уитывать, что в пешей доступности мало что есть, это не центральный Чавенг. Но пляж и море здесь это перекрывают. Несколько корпусов и бунгало. Есть как со свежим ремонтом так и старенькие, как номера так и бунгало. 2 бассейна но не большие. Цены в ресторане и пляжном баре дороговаты, в соседнем отеле в 2 раза дешевле. Мы брали номер в корпусе от дороги на пляж, на перво этаже с выходом сразу на улицу с небольшой терраской. Номер в целом очень не плохой, но кондиционер холодит очень не очень) если кто любит чтоб было прям холодно как в местных супермаркетах то у нас такого не было, вызывали техника, но он сказал что это нормальная работа, сильнее холодить он не может. Персонал приветлив. Завтрак средний. Но всегда есть что покушать, правда кофе и чай ужасные. В нашем номере была как ванна с гидромассажем, правда он не работал, так и большая душевая. Пляж очень красивый тихий и уютный, с нависающими над ним деревьями. Так как территория большая, по гостинице возят на гольф карах.

Nice stay at Fair house hotel, Koh samui
A nice hotel conveniently located close to the Bangkok hospital were we also had to spend some time at this holiday. Friendly and service minded staff, nice rooms and beautiful beach. We also liked that this hotel was not at the Chaweng beach. The restaurant at the facility had lower service level and food was overpriced. Suitable hotel for families with children.

Pleasant stay at Fair House Beach Resort & Hotel
We really enjoyed our time at this hotel. For just a 3 star hotel, the breakfast was excellent, the pool area and grounds where very well kept and pleasant. The room size was pleasantly surprising. The service in general was a very pleasing one and we loved the location - walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Очень неплохой отель. Большая зеленая территория, за которой постоянно ухаживают. Номера Premier удобные, нормальной площади, расположены недалеко от пляжа. Остальные номера не могу оценить, не заглядывал в них, но по-моему номера низшей ценовой категории расположены на возвышенности, ходить к ним тяжеловато. Вообще, единственный минус отеля- это горки, ходить от пляжа до ресепшн в гору метров 200, это тяжеловато. Но мы хотя и в возрасте, электромобилями никогда не пользовались, ходили пешком.Вход в море мелковат, например в сравнении с Ламай, но это не критично. Постояльцы в основном немцы,есть и русские, и, что хорошо, мало китайцев. Вообще отель хороший, нам есть с чем сравнить, Центара на чавенге конечно отель пафосный, но этот отель по территории, обслуживанию и т.п. нисколько не уступает, а по стоимости намного дешевле. Очень рекомендую этот отель.

pas une once de calme dans cet hôtel, musique à des volumes inappropriés, va et vient incessant de personnes extérieures, clientèle déchaînée à la limite du vulgaire...personnel peu sympathique...c'est le tourisme de masse dans toute sa splendeur!! envie de repos? s'abstenir!! pas une place pour s'étendre sur la plage bondée de monde Nous avons connu cet hébergement il y a une quinzaine d'années, et il n'y a rien de commun avec nos souvenirs!!

Good value for the money but check rooms
The area was great, quiet and nice. Very beautiful beach and nature, and some great restaurants just around the corner. The service was outstanding, staff was always friendly and helpful. The rooms are very typical Thailand which is a nice experience too. On the other hand, even if the room and balcony was amazing we had some troubles with ants. We asked to change our room which was no problem but unfortunately still had a lot of ants in the new room. Another downside to the resort was perhaps the restaurant which looked nice but the food was not that great, advice all visitors to go to other restaurants nearby or just take a taxi to Chaweng for dinner. The breakfast though was great, what you can expect. Finally, the athmosphere at the resort was super nice and the venue was beautiful with a lot of green and plants. Gym was good! Overall good value for the money.

Great Location, Friendly Staff & Efficient Service
Overall stay was good. Staff were friendly. Very warm welcome. The location is very good. We really had a great stay. We just wanted to checkout a bit late beacause our flight was at 3.20pm. And just for 1 hr we dint want to walk here and there as we had our 3 year kid with us but we werre told that there is another guest coming in the same room. That was little thing. But overall its teally a good experience. We would definitely come back whenever we visit Koh Samui. Thank you Fairhouse team for making our stay very memorable.
