- inaccurate dated pictures. Hotel has been let go, let down. - no access to ice - having set room at do not disturb, didn’t have room cleaned. When requested our water bottles, was firstly asked to pay. - limited buffet breakfast not warmed by food warmers (only one) - no hot water which they “flipped the breaker” after me inquiring on and on .. 8 hours after my first inquiry and continued insistance. Asked other guests which the confirmed not having hot water. They offered beer as compensation for the lost of booking extra for a room with a bath the we could not use. We spent like 150$ CAD more over 2 nights for the room with that unusable bath.

First of all, we apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. -Hotels have 2 bottles of water free per day, for want to add more and hotel have to charge to the selling price.-The hot water was not working properly was happen from turning on too much hot water cause the power to automatically cut off for safety.

Das Geld nicht wert.
Grundsätzlich ist es nicht so schlecht, das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt einfach nicht. 160€/Nacht für ein Zimmer mit einer Klimaanlage so laut, dass man kaum ein Auge zu tun kann, eine Dusche ohne nennenswerten Wasserdruck und ein ungeniessbares Frühstück, nein, einfach nur enttäuschend. Auch der Zugang zum Strand, hässlich und lieblos, null Schatten. Die Bewertungen bei anderen Buchungsportalen sind deutlich zutreffender als die 8,x bei Hotels.com
Der Flur zum Zimmer tagsüber. Richtig, stockdunkel, ohne Handytaschenlampe findet man die Türe nicht.

We were shock !!!! Ghost hotel !! Only us !!! So unpleasant !! Pay attention that all the reviews are from 2018 ,before covid, the hotel did not recovered. It's nice facility, but only 4 rooms with guests. And more expensive then a hotel in the main area,with open restaurant and activities. Staff ? No one were there to check us out !! Scary experience.

Pensé que había reservado en un buen hotel según las calificaciones, pero…. Básicamente el hotel se encuentra a punto del abandono, el olor en las habitaciones a cañería es insoportable, me hice cambiar de habitación por eso y porque el agua caliente no servía, el restaurante, lo atiende, prepara y sirve una sola persona y el estado del restaurante es deplorable en serio parece abandonado, por el precio que pague por 3 noches, había podido conseguir algo mucho mejor, incluso en un hostal, LO QUE SE VE EN LAS FOTOS… NO ES EL ESTADO ACTUAL DE ESTE SUPUESTO RESORT. Infórmense muy bien para mi un 5/10, solo para ir a dormir, pero no a ese precio

Nice hotel nice rooms. The staff were beautiful and helpful. No request was too much. Lovely pool overlooking the beach. Bar and restaurant lacked a bit of atmosphere.

loved it!
Clean, comfortable, friendly and quiet. It's on the south side of Chaweng beach, which is quieter and less busy. Pillows were too large, as they normally are at hotels, that's why I bring my own. I would definitely stay there again

第一晚入住時居然沒有熱水供應，找人來維修，浪費一個多小時都維持不了，最後幫我們換了房子，但也是一樣，就是水不熱，連溫水都說不定上，還跟我說泰國的水溫是這樣

The property is run down and needs refurbishing They need larger beach towels and new linen towels But I do have to say ... it’s in a great location on the beach great pool with awesome bar staff 😃 chow who makes all the cocktails n who also works in the kitchen is amazing who is always Smiling n very helpful And friendly !! The reception staff are very friendly and helpful... over all it’s a great hotel and I would definitely stay there again !

Would never stay here again.
Surprised at first impression as hotel has no frontage on the road. Room location wes excellent with a great view of the sea. Bed rock hard and pillows the same but changed when asked. Bedding not changed just bottom sheet rotated.Area disappointing as far from main area and a lot of roadworks out front of the hotel for over 100 meters in either direction. Staff okay but have little knowledge of what tourists ask. Only 4 or 5 rooms in use so this shows how popular the hotel is as hotel next door is busy. Pool lounges only around pool for guests with a pool access room. Pool lounges have cushions that are falling apart and even on the beach cushions soaking wet from the rain. People we met walked past thinking the place was being renovated and closed.

Staff were wonderful, pool and beach location was great. Ocean facing room was amazing. Could use more pool and beach chairs and the ones there needed replacement. Breakfast was sufficient.

das Hotel hat uns als Paar sehr gut gefallen. es ist nicht direkt im Zentrum, aber sehr nah dran. Man kann hin laufen oder mit dem Bus (erlebenswert) hin fahren. Das hotel ist nicht perfekt. es gäbe Kleinigkeiten zu bemängeln wie die Liegematten usw, aber das ist, denke ich, kein Hotel. Außerdem bekommt man jeden Tag ein Strandtuch. Wir würden das Hotel wieder buchen, aber erst in 1 bis 2 Jahren, da nebendran das mercure Hotel die Anlage neu baut /erweitert und daher Baulärm besteht. Angeblich besteht die Baustelle nur im Jahr 2019

mysigt litet hotell med bra läge vid stranden
väldigt mysigt lite mindre hotell med väldigt trevlig personal. Rummet var jättefint med utsikt över pool och hav. Låg väldigt bra med lugnt läge och ändå inte långt från lite mer fart och fläkt. bekvämt läge precis vid stranden. Det som kan dra ner betyget lite är frukosten. Den var lite väl liten och torftig. Stekta ägg och lite skinka som pålägg skulle hjälpa i alla fall lite i vårt tycke. Samt var Wifi lite dålig till och från och vårt kylskåp höll inte kylan så bra. Men sammantaget blir betyget jätte bra.

I am totally in love with the balcony from my room and the ocean view is very good for see the sunrise. The pool is very big and clean , the staff was very helpful and nice, because my flight schedule was kind of mess, and they let me checked in much earlier to let me rest , of course thats base on they have available room at that that . The first day i checked in was after rains, and my room has some small ants, which is a bit bothering me , but I definitely don't have other complain and recommend to people to stay here if you don't want to spend a lot of money on accommodation. Outside the hotel is easy to find restaurant, 7-11, massage, or renting the motorcycle.

One of my favorite stays ever
A roommate afternoon when the breeze was blowing in the ocean waves were going was absolutely peaceful and stunning all at the same time. I would highly highly recommend this hotel for the location, service, views,, pool. Truly loved our stay here.

Sooo loved this stay!!
Truly amazing stay. The room and ocean view was stunning. The service was top notch the don’t desk manager (Pi?). So warm and accommodating your every need. It was our honeymoon and there was a beautiful flowers in the room for us. The breakfast was good. You can ask them to make you eggs how you like. Pool was fabulous! A+!

Chilling out
We booked here due to holiday time and everywhere else was full. It is a great location at the end of Cheweng Beach you get to see everything as you walk toward the center. There are good shops and food nearby. The pool was used by everyone even though it is only 0.9M deep until you get to the end by the seating. The beach outside is good for competent swimmers or you can go a little further up to find calm water. Excellent for families and just chilling out

Great resort and staff
The resort was great , location excellent the beach out front was lovely . Massage out front on beach and all the water sports was great too. The staff were exceptional , nothing was a problem . The only downside which wasn’t really a problem was that the resort was empty ! A few days we were the only ones there, so we had the pool all to ourselves , but no fellow travellers to interact with.

Personalet er venlige. I receptionen taler et par af dem rimeligt engelsk. Men desværre har rengøring- og restaurant personalet svært ved det. Billederne af hotellet er desværre nok taget for længe siden. Det er slidt mange steder. Krakeleret/sjusket maling både ude og indenfor (badeværelset). Gelænder ned mod nogle små fisk ved vores terrasse var total rusten og alt for rokkelig- især med mindre børn. Træ stole på terrassen meget slidte. Rust ved bruserne rundt ved poolen. Manglende lys i hotel navne skiltet. Men poolen og stranden er fin.

Fint opphold på Samui beach resort
Vi besøkte Samui Beach resort i juli. Hadde rom med utgang til basseng. Veldig fornøyd med disse rommene. Store og fine. Stranda var veldig fin! Vi var på hotellet en uke. Bassenget på hotellet er som på bilde, langt og fint å bade. Solstoler nederst mot stranda for de som ikke hadde rom med bassengutgang. Frokosten var helt greit. Ikke så mye å velge mellom. Vi spiste lunsj/middag i restauranten og den var veldig god! Litt unna selve hovedgata i Chaweng, men lett å ta en taxi oppover. Ca 150 bath. Godt utgangspunkt for utflukter rundt på øya. Vi var fornøyd med besøket, men hvis du er ute etter lukus ville jeg nok valgt et annet.
