It’s the great place to live. I have been regular to this hotel for last 2 years and found it extremely well maintained and the front desk reception staff is just wonderful and professional. Especially the guys Sandeep, Ashish and Aulon are welcoming, friendly and supportive. Tarun, the Manager is caring and friendly, greets everyone in the morning and we as customers likes this humble greetings in the morning. As a customer I only expect better service from the service providers and I get it here. It’s a 5 star comfort at 3 or 4 star hotel. I believe I will continue my stay here as long as I visit Delhi NCR.
Except the restaurant part, guess the restaurant manager Ms. Preeti needs proper training on handling customer queries and requests. She should always remember that she is in a service industry where customers pay for the services such as hotel accommodation with certain requests as we chose to stay at hotel due to some personal or professional emergencies or leisure and tend to have home like experience. Even to say No to some of customer queries, there’s a discipline and decency to maintain instead of straight No which in her case I found bit rude. We understand No even if it put across with some smile and respect. I also found her unprofessional on handling customer queries. Also, a request to Restaurant, please stop serving tap water for breakfast to customers, you can afford to provide bottled water. Thank you.
