Decent stay for the price and location
Location (and price at the time) helps with this particular hotel and helps push it above average. When making our way to the room, my wife remarked, "This is an older hotel building". That being said, it appears that it has been kept up well and/or renovated at some point. Room was decent, bed was firm, water pressure in the tub/shower adequate but not very strong, and a little bit of mold showed on the bottom of the shower curtain. There is no cafe on the premises, but there is a breakfast buffet that was priced around 27,000 won per person - the price was enough for us to opt not to investigate it further and consider other options. Parking was free and no issues. Not far from a couple of subway stops as well as good food and entertainment options.

The hotel proximity to dining, transportation is excellent. Night life is also walking distance, even if you are hungry at 1am there’re restaurants available nearby. Metro system is also within 3 minutes of walking. It was our second time staying at this hotel and will continue our future stay in our next visit.

The staff were so helpful, the breakfast was high quality and the proximity to public transportation was amazing. Would totally stay there again!

Feeling hot and Aircondition did not runs on. They said it is out of season. Receptionist said we will email you and no one email me. We had canceled one room out of 3 room one day before and they did not cancel the he room. We have to show the email to cancel it but not sure yet if cancel.

No A/C
The hotel is a little tired, but clean and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable. I have marked this hotel down due to their policy on A/C. During my 3 night stay the temp in Seoul was 23-26c. My room was 26c, which for me makes sleeping difficult. I asked why the A/C was not working to be told its a central system, fine, and they do not switch it on until May!!! As it was April 2nd, this was a problem. They had no solution to my problem. They clearly advertise the hotel as having A/C, which is true, but they should mention that it is only in use 4 maybe 5 months of the year, and if it is warm/hot outside of these months...well tough!

It's another hotel we would probably go back again in Gangnam. The hotel is clean and housekeeping does a fabulous job as the room always looks fresh when you come back to it at the end of the day. They provide toiletries that is enough for our family. Slippers are replaced daily too, which is great. Makes you feel being really looked after. However, staff doesn't speak much English but is really nice and will try to assist especially Grace. She went above and beyond to help me. The downside for this hotel is they don't have laundry facilities even if their amenities include this in the list. They only have dry cleaning but no onsite washing offered so take note of that. However, we found a laundromat about 12 minutes by bus next to a cafe. But location is convenient because its between 2 train station exits (a bit uphill though).

The room smelled bad from the previous guest and someone from the lobby came up and confirmed that it smelled like cigarette. How come they couldn't change the room then?

The property seems somewhat dated, but key items were functional. However, it took 2 days for them to change the light bulb, and broken safe was never fixed during my 2.5 week stay. The cleaning staff was very thorough, so the room and the bathroom felt fresh everyday. The area was nice enough and there are plenty of dining options around. The bad part was that I had to walk over 700 meters uphill from the subway station everyday. If I don't come back to this hotel, it's because of that steep climb.

Room meets minimum standard chain requirement. Staffs are nice and helpful. However the location is not ideal. It is in the middle of 2 subway station. Both around 800meters walk uphill and downhill. Barely anything at night time, only a few minimarts.
