A direct bus from ICN to Hotel Riviera. Staff was helpful with getting us a taxi to our new destination. It was also a 5-7 minute walk to bus stop that leads to major attractions

Very nice hotel for the price, rooms are large and clean with comfortable bedding. It’s located in Gangnam so convenient to a lot of tourist areas as well as taxis and public transportation. The pool was closed for maintenance during the months of November and December which was sad as it was one of my criteria for choosing the hotel. The breakfast was ok. The biggest complaint I had was the air conditioner would not turn on even as a fan, the room was 28.1 degrees at one point managed to get it down to 27.2 using the window vent over night.

For the price,it is okay. But, not a great location to stay if you want use public transportation. You have to pay for using gym ....not what I am accustomed to.

The hotel is very old, the staff are nice and speaks English. There is a currency exchange at the front desk which was nice. The room is spacious but so old and the bathroom had hairs in it when I arrived.

My last stay at Riviera.
At check (12:30) in we were told check-in time is 3:pm, yes it was. I was working with the concierge to hold my luggage while my wife was telling them we stay there often. Low and behold...the room was ready. Why make us wait if it is ready? We believed the room had bugs, every morning we woke up with red marks and bumps, the front desk did not seem too concerned with checking this out. The hotel staff from the desk to the restaurant were pleasent but did not seem friendly or happy. My last stay at Riviera.

Staffs are so handy and friendly. Breakfast is simple but so comfort and quiet. Love this place. Place is clean and affordable! Absolutely recommendable! Goos job and continue to work this way.

Front desk people need some customer service training. Not very friendly. It was pouring rain and I did not have any Korean taxi app on my phone but was told to go wait in the street for a taxi. It shouldn’t be that hard to help call a taxi..

There are many restaurants around where you can eat various kinds of food, and it is very close to large shopping malls such as COEX Mall. Great for the price of the hotel.
