There was various construction debris in and around the property. Had to be careful where walking and driving. Room was not the best. Various issues which I have shared with property management.

We have stayed at this property many times. The rooms are spacious and the kids love the pool. They were doing renovations the last time we stayed so things were quite messy.

Everything was wonderful except it does not have a hot tub unless you call a cement square without jets a hot tub very disapointed the only reason i wanted to stay there! The room was a 10 and girl at front desk was wonderful!

The hotel is having renovations but did not list this during the booking. It was an obstacle course getting to our room. It will be very nice once it’s finished.

Hotel is in the process of being upgraded. New carpeting was dirty. Walls were dusty from all the work. All rooms beign worked on were left open after hours. None of the rooms on my floor had numbers on them. Room numbers were grouped together and left outside various rooms. Had to check 3 rooms before we could locate ours.

The hotel is under construction, and they put me and my family on the floor where the construction is on going. No carpet on the floor screws on the floor, construction bedris on the floor.

One night stay
The room had a bunch of bugs like stink bugs who have made their way in to escape the cold. Didn’t mind the construction, because upgrades are needed and the upgrades are going well! The hot tub was very nice, clean and warm.

Not a fan!
Thin, thin walls. The air would automatically turn off every hour and some thing was wrong tgst as it would turn off, it sounded like a woman screaming; every hour all night. Stopped just to sleep on a long car ride. Front desk guy was very nice though. Definitely would not stay at these again.

bathroom had the smell of urine. Refrigerator leaked constantly into the floor from the freezer not having a cover on it. back/side door did not work for the 3 days we were there and hasn't worked for 3 visits we have been there. Breakfast was not good; bacon was burnt. Not enough food to supply customers.

Uncomfortable Stay
The hotel was under renovations. It was dusty and a construction site. The room was tired with stained wallpaper. You could not draw the drapes fully so only sheers covered the window and the parking lot high beam light shown in my eyes the whole night. We left at 4:45 to get on the road because we couldn't sleep.

The staff were really nice. Even though the hotel was under construction, our stay was still enjoyable and the pool was still open. The breakfast was awesome and all of our favorite breakfast foods. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location is great for dining, shopping and right off the highway.

The property is currently under renovation. Our room had scratched furniture, peeling wallpaper and a very uncomfortable bed. It just looked dingy. Staff were complaining about each other.

Beyond disappointef
Door to our room was open on arrival as it was hanging off yhe frame. No security with this room had lift the onob side of the door up to make it close. The beds were miserable warn to the point of hearing and feeling them creek alll night. I paid a premium to stay in this kind of poorly kept hotel I mean Red roof for half the price were better. Don’t bother there ate better and cheaper in yhe area

Let's start with they did not have my reservation and blamed it on Expedia that it didn't cross over to their system. But they were able to the reservation in a different system though they couldn't. So, they copied all the information and billed my credit card, again after I already paid on Expedia.The staff was trying to be helpful. On another level the hotel is having renovations and it was quite a cluster. I would think the hotel could have closed for renovation, its done all the time. The noise level at night was ridiculous! I could here people in the hallway at late hours and someone kept slamming their door. Needless to say i will not be recommending this hotel to anyone.

The hotel public areas are under construction, with plastic sheeting, stripped flooring, dust everywhere. Guests should have been notified of this, or been given a price reduction, as it’s not an inexpensive place, and, for these conditions, seriously overpriced. In searching for an electrical outlet, I moved the bedside table and found a pile of candy wrappers and bags. Dirty, poorly maintained, with a very small television. Did I say seriously overpriced?! It is.

Lobby undergoing renovation. No lights on in room so had to hunt for lamp and switch. Water pressure in bathroom was very low. Cracked floor tiles in bathroom Room was clean.

The bed was comfortable and clean. The bathroom stunk like a dirty rag was used to wipe it down. Also there was pubic hair on the floor and in the corners. A little more attention required during cleaning.

Doors delaminated from being old and heavy moisture by the looks of it. Carpet needed replaced a few years ago and the smell of the place is moldy. Breakfast was horrible with almost no choice of what to eat. Jerky sausage and sour apple juice, no pancakes or waffles so the safe standby was non existent. Paid $180 for a motel 6 experience at a holiday inn. Avoid and go to anotter town. Stayed at north Allentown PA next day and was very satisfied with that holiday inn.

Looks nothing like the pictures in orbitz. It is under construction. Our room was dingy, stains on furniture, rips in the wallpaper, etc.
