A very nice hotel! Comfortable beds, great shower and good breakfast! Staff are all incredibly friendly! Would definitely recommend!

It was very clean and neat, staff was very friendly and helpful, I was given a 2nd floor room and the only reason I don’t give this hotel a 5 star is just for that, no elevator, I got bad knees and stairs are hard for me, but I would definitely recommend it

The front desk was very polite and courtesous. The place just seems a little old, shower head leakinh out the side, so flow wS not great. Sink where a person in bed could see it. Breakfast was plain, but what they had was good! It is the right valuefor it's price point. Thwre should not be any camplaints. Ot delivers a good e xperience

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room, although very dated, was clean. The beds really need to be upgraded, one was broken. The breakfast wasn’t great.

The beds were very comfortable, the towels were good quality. We thought the shower was good as well. Seemed clean and the room layout was perfectly fine. I would not hesitate to stay again.

Everything was as it's supposed to be for a motel....Clean, comfortable, and convenience.....Best rates for your money in the general area....Didn't much care for the maid coming by at 8:30am to clean our room, but I know she was just doing her job. It was a good stay.....

Everything was fine until I woke up at 5am and went to the bathroom. I turned the light on and a cockroach was climbing up the bathtub wall.

I have stayed in many hotels in Hagerstown and i think this was the best for the price. It was wonderful and clean!!! and well priced. The staff was very friendly and hospitable Thank you all!!.
