Crowne Plaza 서비스/관리가 많이 안좋아진 것으로 느껴집니다.
1. 베드 시트에 곰팡이가 있어서 데스크에 직접 변경해달라고 해도 다음날 똑같은 시트임. 2. 숙소에 400세켈을 두고 왔는데, 확인한 결과 없다고 하고 확인 후 전화도 하지 않고 지속적으로 전화해서 계속 체크 하였음.

I'm usually using this hotel for my business trip in Haifa. It is quite, with a nice view on the bay, and close to the square with many restaurants, and cafe. The hotel itself is good, but it is a little sad: never too many people, few personnel, the bar is frequently unattended and offers a limited choice. Internet is terrible in some room: slow and with a very weak signal.

Outdated and some rooms smelled - amazing location
Needs updating Outdated Amazing location Some rooms smelled - mostly liked cigarettes and stale air. They need to do a better jobs with that. Front desk didn’t like complaints about smoke smell. Too bad - we were telling the truth and we’re not going to spend money to sleep in an unenjoyable bad smelling rooms. Dan Panorama was basically the same price - would opt for that next time I hope they update this one

A jakuzzi, sauna and steam room, we enjoyed. a parking is a nightmare...it says included for free. Then you arrive there and they said NO. we don't come to argue we just had to go and tried to find a spot. One side of the parking is payable and we could not activate Pango for overseas credit card and phone.... rude welcoming Team.!!!

Seems like no maintenance was done in last twenty years. For 200 a night you wouldn’t expect paint to fall off the ceiling. Two bottle of drinking water for a three night stay, if you want new ones every day you have to pay

Building pretty, but bathtub was so high it was dangerous. Our room was moved, but then there were other problems. When I tried to talk to staff person who moved us, she was extremely rude and waved papers at us saying she was too busy to talk. When I asked to speak to the manager, for 2 days was told she wasn't in. Far from sites. Awful experience overall.

I loved this hotel. The staff were amazing. Very helpful and friendly. The room was amazing our veiw of the port was fantastic. I would stay here again the price was great.

Great location in the Carmel District of Haifa. Easy to walk to restaurants and shops although the better ones are further from hotel. Great views overlooking Haifa and the Baha’i gardens. Pleasant staff. Rooms are above average but not exceptional.

Do not recommend this hotel or any of the Dan hotels in Haifa. It is obvious that the facilities have not survived well through Covid and inflation. We met continuous problems. They charged VAT to a non-Israeli booking. In fact the VAT for that room was charged twice and never reimbursed. Bathroom fans didn’t work, lights were poorly installed and rooms were not well cleaned. There was food from last guests in the fridge and stains on the furniture. Staff was limited, and not friendly even for Israeli standards. Th food included was not worth waking up for.

This property is a bit tired and needs some life breathed into it. It's pleasant and good value for the price but lacks amenities. Staff is a bit unprofessional. Upon checkout they charged us the VAT tax which is not supposed to be charged to Americans with an American passport. We protested but they insisted that it was in their system. This is the ONLY hotel in Israel that charged us the VAT tax Asked for manager but none was available. We have to fight this charge with our credit card company

A nice spot to stay in Haifa... with a great view
The rooms with bay view is amazing. The room was cleaned everyday. The breakfast was great. The staff was very nice and kind. Overall it is a very nice hotel and highly recommended.

Bella struttura, in zona tranquilla ma vicina alla zona dei ristoranti e dei locali. Hotel elegante, con Spa e Palestra, ma sembra poco frequentato e conseguentemente vi è poco personale: il bar è spesso inatteso ed è necessario attendere l'arrivo del barman o sollecitarlo alla reception. La colazione è a buffet, abbondante, ma essendo Kosher potrebbe non incontrare i gusti di tutti.

The room was looking out to Haifa bay, fantastic view. Good bed, good pillows, fantastic water pressure in the shower. Copious Israeli breakfast with the best ever cabbage salad! Excellent location, close to the center and all types of restaurants.
