Reasonable place to stay. Lots of open shared spaces. Breakfast is very simple. You never see any staff a check in or breakfast. Everything done remotely. Quiet. Driveway not plowed in the morning.

Great older mansion with lots of character, beautiful furniture and a huge share area consisting of a living room and a den downstairs. Use of the kitchen is possible and the self serve breakfast is diverse and generous. Owners are responsive. Close (if you have a car) to Sun Valley and a good option instead of pricey Ketchum.Great Thai & Mexican restaurants in the cute town of Hailey too 😇

More than what I expected! I would definitely stay here again. It was close to Sun Valley ski resort and in a good part of town. There was plenty of space too. Highly recommend.

A funky old 3-story house with only 8 rooms but everything is very clean, quiet and I have only seen older, quiet, friendly guests in the common areas. Kind of Iike staying in a friend’s house. You get use of everything and there is a decent assortment of breakfast food available 24/7. It has a sort of ‘hostel for older folks’ vibe, without the bunk room or shared bathrooms.

Great B&B!
Wonderful B&B located within walking distance of multiple restaurants. Very friendly proprietors who want to make sure your stay is everything you expect. Comfy and cute accommodations well kept.

We stayed a few nights in January and it was very quiet and not very busy. I enjoyed all the serve yourself breakfast options and didn't lack for anything. Except hangers. I really wish there were some hangers in the large closets!

We enjoyed staying at the Inn. Everything was clean and homey, with a welcoming atmosphere. There were lots of little treats and great coffee and tea service available at any time.

This property does not have a front desk so make sure you get a text or email before your arrival for the check in instructions. The property is well maintained and beautiful.

Definitely among the more unique check-in experiences I have experienced, but straight forward and efficient. The only point of uncertainty for me was the billing process, which is important as I am travelling for work and it is important that I maintain a record of my stay.

Beautiful house with plenty of seating and things to do inside. We were the only people staying that night and we never saw anyone who runs the place. The tennis courts had 2 foot high weeds and was run down along with some wood structures next to it. I rated 3 stars based on weak hospitality and tennis courts and some exterior maintenance. It was very clean, organized, food available and great looking inside and good communication via text with Thomas the caretaker.

A very strange B&B experience
This was a very strange B&B experience. I was efficiently checked-in by a text message, but thereafter had absolutely no interaction with the staff. In fact, I did not see another human being at the property during my entire stay. Breakfast? What breakfast? There were only a few modest items available and all were what I saw sitting out in the afternoon when I checked in.

I did not know it is basically a b&b. Check in was by text and very efficient. I love the look of the place and the interior was comfortable, different, and spacious. My room was very clean, very large and had anything I could have needed.

An amazing 117 year old home! Beautiful common area: large dining spaces, huge kitchen available for use, beautiful spacious living room with wood-burning fireplace, health-conscious (and otherwise), foods available for breakfast any time! We loved our stay here. Britney was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We will be returning!

The Inn is a beautiful older home that has been updated to a wonderful Bed and Breakfast. Each room has its own bathroom. Because of Covid, breakfast is served yourself. There were several options, with hot drinks available any time. There was a community tv room and a sitting room with a wood fireplace available to guests. It was very comfortable.

Britney provided easy to follow instructions. The place was clean, welcoming, with good breakfast options. More people should consider this as a budget-friendly option for an overnighter (or more) near Sun Valley!

Cozy and Relaxing: A Highlight of our Stay
This inn overdelivered in every way imaginable. I loved not having to go through a reception and just walking up to my door with a lock code, the breakfast was incredible with amazing variety and options (the salmon was a wonderful touch), and couldn't have had a more cozy living room enjoying a glass of tea and snacks with a booming fire to welcome us back. Great price and amazing amenities-would definitely return.

Cozy Inn with Modern Amenities
Very cozy stay in a central location! Charming Inn with a lot of character while having modern amenities at the same time. Nice bed, nice breakfast (accommodating us vegetarian/vegans), and we had a blast playing the wii they had in the common room! Would highly recommend and will be staying here again the next time we’re in the area.
