Dear sir I’m Phuong – a receptionist of Hoang Hai hotel I’m very sorry about what happened to you.I advised you go to Cat Ba island you should go to Bên Binh ferry by taxi with cost about 50.000 vnđ (about 2 km from my hotel ) the you can buy ticket for high-speed boat with about 200.000vnd/ ticket go to Cat ba island with 50 minute. The next day I help you call Taxi 828282 to take you away then I was very surprised to see you back to may hotel soon,I also asked you many time then you also confided about driver want to cheat you, he did not take you go the nearest ferry and told you pay more than 10 time the money,I was worried asked you pay or not,you answer me you didn’t pay ,you only paid the the actual money so I felt secure.When you want to know the name and phone number of driver I told you give me the taxi bill let can check for you from taxi company but you not give me.Because of taxi being an dependent company,is not my hotel service so if don’t have taxi bill we should not be able to check it out quickly.I’m sorry for this job. However,when you check out I also contacted th taxi company checking all the cabs that morning to see who was the one who took you.After few days they cheked and I already also report to may hotel’s director,My director is very upset and asked the authorities the taxi company must strictly handle this driver. Sir ,I hope you understand that :My hotel always on your side,standing on the side of customer to protect the interests of customer. He driver's behavior is beyond our expectations, which has a negative impact on our hotels and our city. We promise to work with the strict taxi driver to handle the driver of this car.Her hopes he generously ignored to our hotel, our city is again welcome and serve gentlemen more times.
