easy access and staff were polite. The bed was hard as a board. They need more trees across the front to block some of the truck noise.

Hotel was clean, quiet, and check in receptionist was very friendly. Hot breakfast was delicious and check out process was a breeze. Parking was ample. I would stay again. There are no elevators at this hotel, but it is only two floors if you are able to walk comfortably.

I'd stay here again.
Easy to find, good comfort, quiet, lots of food around it. I liked they had a softer bed & a firmer one in the same room. I like a firm bed. Beds were short so we slept diagonally. Our sink wasn't draining properly & they upgraded us! Breakfast was hot & fresh. Omlets, sausages, home fries (a little crunchy), 3 kinds of cereal, Oatmeal selection & add ins, yogurt, waffles & blueberry waffles (both delicious). 100% orange & apple juice. Coffee & tea available 24 hrs at reception. They have laundry on site which is great for the tournament we were in, clean uniforms before the next day. The building was quiet at night inside& outside, we didn't hear the snowplow on the street. Wifi was good quality for our needs. Took forever for hot water to reach our room.

I really loved the upgraded look of the hotel room and it was really clean! I didn't love the surprise additional charge for my pet and the fact that the bathroom sink was clogged when I got there.

Motel offers guests a hot breakfast of eggs or waffles, bacon or sausages and hash brown potatoes. Dinning area is small (3 tables) and can get crowded easily. Work around...meals are on paper plates, so a meal can be taken back to your room. Very happy with over-all experience.

I had no shampoo or soap , bed was broken , was dirty , had an odour of mildew I asked for a discount and was told no or a full refund as it went up to them to make the decision on that , they offered to change rooms at all at midnight which would have been smaller beds and very inconvenient for me , so we did what we could to remain in that room , used an air mattress as we were from out of town , hope to see sone type of refund if possible plus we have pictures to prove it

Musty, dirty carpet
The service at check in in the afternoon was rude and abrupt, but we found the morning staff people to be much friendlier. The breakfast nook staff person was especially helpful and friendly. The room was dark (even with all of the lights turned on. The carpet was very dirty and the room had a strong musty odor.
