The name should have been the give-away but we probably didnt expect the bed to touch 3 walls of the room with one tiny walk-way - only one person could get dressed at a time. The shower had good pressure but the space was pretty small too and we would definitely recommend that you take your own soap - there was a dispenser on the wall but the soap was so watered down that it may as well have just been water.

A busy week in Hamilton so availability of accommodation was scarce and not much choice at relatively last minute. Would not be my preferred choice in the future. Noise from other guests particularly when they were climbing stairs and when they were shutting [slamming] doors the walls of my room rattled. Very poor curtaining particularly over the door. Disappointed to find window open on my arrival with smokers in the vicinity [too close to rooms] and security issue with window left open during the day after so called servicing. TV perched on a bar stool beside the bed. Shower attachment needs fixing also folding seat in shower needs a good clean with mould remover. With very little effort most of these things could be rectified. Car parking an issue on my return late at night. Its basically a backpackers and on that basis you get what you pay for. Didn't check out communal kitchen and laundry facilities.

good location , good value has all basic needs only issues at peak periods off street parking can all be taken and ran out of hot water as well due to peak period stay would stay again though as reasonably priced

1. Car parking is very difficult and as the motel was full, I guessed that if I had tried to park between the columns and unusual undulating driveway, I might not have easily got out in the morning. I parked down the street instead. 2. There was no soap left in the shampoo 3. There was no milk (even powdered) for coffee or tea 4. The room was basic but serviceable and had a heat pump which was fine.

Short stop off in Hamilton
Hotel is out of town but not too far from the bus stop - a free bus runs regularly on a nearby circuit. Our room was accessed up a steep flight of stairs which was tricky with a suitcase. It was a small room but the facilities - shower etc were adequate and working fine. The hotel offered shared faciltfor cooking and laundry- we didn’t have cause to use these. Staff at reception were friendly and helpful.

Incredibly small room but suited my needs. I was a bit frustrated when the washing room closed at 8.30pm. Maybe some maps to the nearest Laundromat, places to eat, etc would be a great help to those not from the area. An allocated place to park? a lot of the parking space was taken up, or unable to get out of, due to someone parking behind or in front of you. I felt safe and the staff was wonderful.

Easy check in. Room was very small, had TV in which was a bonus plus also an electric fan. Wifi was free and generally worked ok. Little bit away from centre of town about 1km walk to bus station but a few eateries and shops in between.

I'm in a box!
The room ($79/night) was so small the door barely shut past the bed which was oriented sideways. The length of the the bed went from one end of the room to the other. Room was about 2m x 2m. No aircon, no tv as advertised in photo of room. Small window opened onto 4 lane intersection, so noise all night.

A bit far away from town but staffs are very nice
The location is not bad just walking around 20 mins to the center. The room is a bit tiny but very clean with hot shower. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

Value for money
This place is quite convenient for shops. We had a car and the parking was good although in the summer it may get very crowded. The room was small but very comfortable with tea/ coffee, TV, towels and toiletries. The room was designed to accommodate disabled which is good. We had a very pleasant stay.

Tiny Room
We stayed in one of the rooms with a double bed and a shared bathroom. The room was ridiculously small. There was only enough room for the bed and you could only stand next to it.

Easy access to the city and great management.
Was running late so phoned ahead and the reception waited till I arrived. Parking was a problem as there were none left but got promptly sorted. Basic room but had everything I need, bathroom was modern and the bed comfortable, I was worried there might be a lot of noise but by 9pm it was quiet. All in all great stay..

I only stayed for a night. It is really teeny-tiny - a microtel. Somehow it feels like they have taken a campervan and build in many tiny rooms.

Very, very, very budget accommodation!
The hostel is very cheap but for its quality it should be even cheaper! The room was very small, the bed was hard the sheets looked really old and needed to be exchanged for new ones. The covers/blanket provided had no sheets/covers around it looked old and had several stains on it. I went to a local store and bought new sheets just to stay the night. The walls were scratched and damaged. The shared shower was adequate but with a very weak stream if more then one person took a shower at the same time in the building. I also noticed that after my stay in the hotel i had several potential insect bites on my arms, I suspect the hotel might have bed bugs!

Lovely owner who was very helpful! The dorm room I stayed in was nice and spacious, with room to put my bag without it being in other people's way!! Ensuite for this dorm was a plus!!
