Customer Service
The night clerk was horrible upon arrival early am 5/26/17. There was a mix up with the name on the reservation because my sister arrived earlier than me. So she switched the reservation to Jackson therefore when I arrived asked for the reservation in Murdaugh unaware of this. The night clerk was very, very rude in trying to solve the problem. At this point, because she was so nasty I returned the unkindness. If this were my property I would not have her representing my property.

Better than expected.
I've heard horror stories before about Day's Inns. This turned out better than expected. The furniture in the room was older, but the bedding was very comfortable and everything was clean. I would stay here again.

Check inn clerk was very rude! The room had an receptacle with no cover . We were right at drink machine and ice machine that made noise all night long , so wasn't to happy with overall stay,.

Nice hotel, even nicer people.
We stay here every time we hunt up here. It has always been very nice, clean and comfortable with a great small hot breakfast, just enough. But for this last trip the manager and 1 of the staff members went over and beyond for us. First our reservation was messed up and we had to pay again but when we did it was a much cheaper rate. Secondly, our son started having a high fever and all the stores were closed, desperate, I asked my husband to ask up front. The manager who has small grandkids gave us a brand new bottle of children's Tylenol to help our child. What a lifesaver! We vacation a lot in Orlando at Disney and I can guarantee you wouldn't get that type of help there. The people here are so nice and helpful. Genuine and kind. Thank you so much Days Inn of Hampton, SC!!

Nice hotel close to Estille.
We arrived at 1:30 pm for a 2:00 pm check-in after a 14 hour trip. Tried to catch a nap before going on with rest of itinerary but could not because of constant train air horns. Rooms were clean and comfortable .Without a Days Inn in Estille, will stay here again.

Beds are comfortable. Room was clean. Breakfast was good but yogurt was outdated. Great sausage and biscuits and gravy. Outside light was too bright shining in our room. I thought it was morning all night. Great hotel for a small town. Would stay again when passing through.

Not the Ritz, but nice enough.
When you first walk in its OK. But then I realized that the carpets should be changed out... The bathroom was clean and everything was good but the plastic seat was yellowing. The faucet at the sink didn't turn off unless you had it in just the right position which was annoying to me. There were no bed bugs which I checked for with a magnifying glass first thing. All in all it was satisfactory for my short stay of 2 nights.

Great Hotel
It surprised me because I thought it would be the same traveling many country off side roads.But my family loved it was very quiet seeing someone watering the flowers at a hotel was a good thing. Felt safe very peaceful and would bring my family there again front desk was the best. Thanks

They stay was great..
The two issues I had was if this is your first time staying at a hotel and the the person whom check you should give a little more insight of the shower and how to cut it on, I know that I'm not the only one whom had the same issue before.. My last issue is if check out is at 11 o'clock please don't come knocking on my door at 9.55 am about the check out time...
Sorry for the inconvenience but there are directions right next to the shower on how to work it. Housekeepers come in at 9 and start stripping rooms but if you don't want to be disturb you can put your sign on the door. Again sorry you had issues thank you for staying with us.

Not what I expected
Staff was very friendly, room was mediocre at best. Fridge didn't work and the air wouldn't stay on. Room also looked like it was under construction. Expected much more for the price of the room.

Happy with this hotel, just had a few kinks
I got married on November 14, 2015, so we used the hotel and I will be making reservation in about 2 weeks to see family at the same hotel, the staff there was awesome the breakfast was good, but they have construction going on at the hotel and we stood back while people ahead of us was put on the north side of the hotel when it was our turn we got put on the south side of the hotel which had not been remodel, so we had problems with the air conditioner in the middle of the night. But for the most part we had a really good time in that little town.

good value, smelled fresh and clean
Visiting on business, nice warm reception at front desk, quick service, decent breakfast including hot eggs. Stayed in smoking room (I know, bad for me!) and even the smoking room smelled fresh and clean. Plenty of towels and supplies, fridge and micro wave in room, very comfortable bedding. Good value.

Thanksgiving Road trip...Thankful for this hotel!
A very pleasant surprise when we had to find a place unexpectedly due to inclement weather...which is why we tested it do high. Clean, comfortable with friendly staff. Even employees at the convenience store next door were friendly. Continental breakfast was what you would expect

Extremely clean and friendly staff. It is an older hotel, but well maintained. The towels are huge!
