5성급으로 불려도 손색이 없는 호텔
일단 Cost Performance 측면에선 그동안 묵었던 호텔중 단연 최고. 4성급이라 표시는 되어있으나, 5성급으로 불려도 손색이 없을 정도이며, Location 역시 습지공원내의 이동 편리한 곳에 위치되어 있고, 무엇보다도 객실 상태가 무척 양호한 상황. 단 한가지 약간의 흠이라면 Breakfast이겠고, 식사 종류가 다양하지 않아 보인다는 부분이 있으나, 간단히 식사를 마치는 사람들에겐 이 조차 전혀 문제되지 않을 것임. 전반적으로 100점 만점에 Min 95점 평가를 주고 싶은 호텔.

Spa resort, however no AC!!
It is a nice hotel. Lacking in customer service however. Also had problem with room comfort level. We left the room with the AC set by the staff, came back and it was the fact same temperature. Someone came in and measured the temperature of the vents and it showed no cool air was coming into the room. Was told that they needed to turn on another machine. Finally at 10 o'clock they agreed to put us in another room, however they had no more family rooms and had to split up our family. The other rooms were cooler. They said they try to keep the temperature at 25 degrees celsius. pretty hot considering the outside temperature and it is supposed to be a spa hotel.

スタイルに拘りスタッフの教育がなってない！
毎月出張で隣りのシェラトンに泊まるが、今回スパの文字に惹かれ3泊したが、スパでは無くマッサージだった。インテリアは図書館か美術館的でお洒落だが、初日から置いて出たカミさんの化粧品ごと化粧ポーチが無くなり、コーヒーカップは夜戻ると朝のまま汚れて置いてあるのが連日。チェックアウト時に写真に撮ったカップを見せ指摘しても、ソーリーだけ(@_@)

酒店服務很好,工作人員都很親切,很有耐心解答各種問題,還有電瓶車送我們去西溪裡面各處地方很方便,我入住的是套房,地方蠻大的,但房間的燈光不夠,太暗了！

Services are excellent. Staff are extremely helpful and are willing to step up to solve problems I had on transportation and spa services. However it was very disappointing that the spa facility was temporarily closed without any notice on the website whatsoever. It is called “Highxuan Spa Hotel”, if only I knew the spa was under renovation I would consider booking other hotels!

Relaxing hotel but watch the transportation
The room was good and clean and it would be a relaxing place, some distance away from the bustle of the city. The downside is that sometimes it is difficult to get a taxi from the location - especially in the morning. Not good if you are in a hurry.

Design is good, but in poor maintenance, I don't know why there is no wifi, I can't believe that now a day, there is a hotel without wifi. (well, they said in maintenance). I'd like to go to gym, but same replied - in maintenance. I wish hotel operator can improve it.

完美的入住体验，可与日本酒店媲美
内部装修极富品位，服务人员素质很高，房间设施用材上佳。毗邻西溪湿地，房间外有一条小河经过，非常惬意。完美的入住体验！

Room is big in reasonable price
Improvement: Reservation system can sync up between Hotel and Expedia. At Expedia I marked 2 nights but hotel in 1 only

Modern hotel in a peaceful location
Staff are great, although English is the problem but they try. Very modern hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Good breakfast

Too far away and the beds are too small.
The hotel is located far away from the city and Hangzhou's traffic is bad. It's a hilly area with one lane roads and there are tonnes of tourists. The bathroom has broken tiles and weird design, looked like it was badly designed. The hotel is pretty empty. I do not recommend anyone as the location is too far from restaurants and tourists' hot spots. It's surrounded by swamps and if you want a spa getaway, maybe this is the right place. Mind you, the bathrooms are horrible, the bedrooms are set up weirdly, no TV channels and beds are small!
