The ladies who take care of the breakfasts are amazing. Friendly, and always ensure you have everything you need. The food is always top notch. This is my favorite Canalta to stay at because of them.

I really like this hotel. The food is excellent each time and there is a hot tub and gym. The steam room has not been working the last few stays though which could make it even better!

Stayed at the Hanna Canalta Hotel for one night. The only set back was our first room….clearly someone else’s hair embedded in a couple of the pillows in one of the beds and in the bed sheets. Definitely were not changed. Gross. The front desk lady was great and switched us to a new room. Other than the first room, our stay was excellent. All the staff we spoke to were friendly and professional. The gym and pool were great. I went at 8 pm at night so I had the whole room to myself. Ran on the treadmill and watched whatever show I wanted. The breakfast in the morning was wonderful and had all my favorites that I like to eat. There was a cozy restaurant right across the parking lot from the hotel. Food and drinks here were excellent. If I am ever in Hanna again, I would stay here.

The girl at the desk was such a sweetheart. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We are seniors and so appreciated that she offered to carry our bags to the 2nd floor as there was no elevator. CANALTA, should be very happy to have her as an emploee.She was amazing !!

Worst hotel stay EVER! Got there, waited 20 minutes for staff to arrive at check in counter. FINALLY check in, go to our room, Air Conditioned was set to winter mode - I could almost see my breath. Controls on air conditioner did not work, had to unplug it. The foot cover of the bed, turn it over and there are "shot spots" on it. (Yes I took pics as I am taking this to higher management) - absolutely disgusting. Went to the hot tub, that was fine, went to the steam room - no heat. Steam, at maybe 70 degrees. What is the point of a steam room, if its not hot. So facility features don't work. Absolutely horrible stay. Breakfast was ok. But for almost 200 a night, my expectations were WAY higher. DO NOT RENT A ROOM HERE. YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!

Housekeeping could be improved. Bathroom and floors need a little more elbow grease. Also, there is no elevator, not great for seniors. The best thing is the breakfast. It was great. Lots of choices.

So first didn’t think I was staying in Hanna thought I was supposed to be in drumheller. Then I get checked in all my bags on the dolly. Asked for the elevator. No elevator. I’m a single grandmother with a baby now I have to climb all the stairs with all this stuff plus the baby. No bell man to help. Also had to bring it all back down in the morning. The desk person refused to change my rooms. I then asked if they happened to have a playpen. The person didn’t understand what I was asking for. Dealing with the public you should be able to understand simple enfold. Then on my check out day someone tried coming in my room without even knocking and I was naked. My room was paid for until 11. Why the hell is someone trying to come in my room. Not happy at all with the customer service during my stay

Fantastic staff!!
The room was lovely, comfortable and very clean. But the staff. The staff were amazing, and went above and beyond to help. I can’t say enough about the gal in the breakfast room who found me an orange pekoe tea bag (the hotel only provided herbal tea) and the woman working the front desk who was able to change my reservations to accommodate a last minute specialist appointment.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Nice breakfast with good coffee and all the fixings. Hotub very relaxing however could not figure out how to make the sauna work (granted I never asked).
