Deceitful description on ALL websites. Majority of rooms have NO WINDOWS. Descriptions show one room type as No Window but remaining room types either hide or not show room has No Window. On check in an hour wasted with Manager Chris and Lan, in an apparent interview and excuses. I repeatedly saw the same with many guests checking in daily. My 5 day stay was spoilt by this. Chris moved us to a larger room with a window for the last 2 Days.
Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Chris has poor management skills and keen to blame staff for his lack of management.
Rooms overpriced and combined bath/shower is too high to get into for most people without risk of losing balance.
Breakfast is good but too narrow to access. Lots of staff cause congestion but miss basic organisation. The tea and coffee pot go missing between buffet heater and bar counter as staff want to serve, but go missing and coffee goes cold. Buffet area so small it would be simple just to allow self service and replenish whatever is needed as necessary.I burned my hand when toasters moving hot frame had stopped. Instead of removing it or staff staying with it, I saw countless people find their toast/croissant burn and smoke causing urgent reactions by us to remove the item to avoid fire? Why?Napkins were not replaced, insufficient toothpicks.Just basic stuff but too many staff with no direction/ supervision.Chris tried to placate me with window room for last 2 days and free taxi to airport.Profit cover
