다소 외곽 그러나 모던한 방 아침은 손님이 적어서 인지 그저 그런 느낌 전반적으로 작은 방에 모던한 컬러로 치장 여권 원본이 없었는데 여권 사진으로 간당하게 채크인 해줌

Hotel simples e agradável, próximo à Ga Ha Noi (estação de trem). Como chegamos de Ha Long Bay ao meio-dia e só embarcaríamos para Sa Pa às 22h, fizemos esse hotel de base. Foi bastante satisfatório para a nossa finalidade

Eternity Hanoi Hotel
Dirty reastaurant, kitchenstaff looked angry at peolel. Did not seem interested in refilling when they were out of some food. I did one big mistake, i expected Hotels in Hanoi, to be equal to Hotels in HCMC(Saigon). This can not be compared to an equal 3 star hotel in HCMC. Much better in HCMC. Reception staff were very helpful. But sorry to say, I will not return here

お世話になりました。 ハノイ駅発6:00の列車に乗るため貴ホテルを選びました。 駅が近かったので大変助かりました。 施設や設備にはとても満足しています。 チェックアウトが5:15くらいだったので仕方ないかもしれませんが、スタッフがロビーで仮眠をとっていたのには驚きました。 チェックアウト時間が早すぎたため、楽しみにしていた朝食が食べられなかったのが残念でした。

I thought the Motel was fine, but some of the furniture was showing age and saw major stain in corridor. Worth staying, but due for a Reno.

スタッフは良かったが、建物が古すぎる。
思ったより全然古かったσ(^_^;) 掲載写真は何十年前の物なのだろか… 換気扇も壊れていて、湿度が半端なかった。 隣の部屋なのか、上の部屋なのが、トイレの流す音ではなく、小便の音も聞こえる壁の薄さ（笑） でもスタッフも優しく、英語もちゃんと話せて助かりました。 エリアはやはり、ホアンキエム近くの方が良さそうです。

Pictures are deceiving
The room was in very poor condition. Torn sheets, broken door, hole in the floor covered over by stained carpet, mildew on bathroom and closet walls, etc.

Great location, good breakfast. They gave us a$15 driver to the airport, who showed up on time. Room was simple, but comfortable. They carried our bags to our room for us. We had to use the showerhead detached from the wall because it was broken. Qtip box was empty when we arrived.

i'm not sure how this hotel got almost 4 stars. The building is old and the carpets are dirty everywhere. The standard rooms have no windows and they stink. When I arrived they had to change my room twice because of the odour smell. The last room was an upgraded superior room with windows. but the carpets were still dirty and the cable TV wasn't working. Also the breakfast is horrible. But the staff are friendly and helpful

This hotel is located in a more quiet area but still within a 20 minute walk of the old town centre area. It was a perfectly fine hotel but it wasn’t great - to be honest, I don’t feel the photos on Expedia accurately reflected the condition of the property. There were quite a few stains on the carpet and the air conditioning didn’t work basically at all so we were very hot in the night. Otherwise, the bathroom was nice with a hot shower and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was alright too.

Fine place for a few nights
The hotel staff was very friendly. They were helpful and held our bags at checkout because we had a late train. The room was small and the bathroom was not very private, both the toilet and shower had clear glass doors adjacent to the bed. We had some issues with the hot water in our shower. The water to the hotel was shut off without notice twice for several hours. The area is much quieter than the old quarter and is a very quick walk to the train station. The kitchen was located amongst the guest rooms so every morning the room smelled very strongly of cooking food. Often when the AC was on the room would smell strongly of cigarette smoke. Breakfast was only fresh if you went right when it was put out at 7am and there was often very little remaining by 8:30-9am. Overall it was a fine hotel for a few nights.

Got an inside room with no window. This was the perfect solution to be able to sleep without any traffic noise. Comfortable soft bed. Breakfast a bit limited.

コスト的には妥当。清潔面に難あり。
バックパッカー1人旅でローコストということを踏まえればこんなものかと。しかし、世界各地で同等レベルの安宿に宿泊経験ありますが、それらと比べると清潔面で劣ります。チェックイン間もないのにシーツやシャワールームに長い髪の毛が落ちていたり、部屋がややカビ臭かった。 スタッフの対応やハノイ駅近なのでロケーションは良いですが、リピート利用はしないですね。

Good stay. Close to train station which is where our airport bus 87 dropped us off. Close enough to old quarter. Hotel had basic amenities. AC worked wonderfully. Breakfast was good. Room was tight.

Great hotel and got what we paid for
We stayed one night in a standard room. The room was big with a nice bathroom and a very comfortable bed. The room had a big window but the view was right in to the neighbour. There was a bit of mold in the bathroom, but not too much. The breakfast was okay. The hotel is outside Old Quarter but we liked that cause when we stayed in Old Quarter earlier there was a lot of noise at night. It is not far from the center though. A big plus is that we had a freezer. All in all the hotel was good and we got what we paid for.

立地は最高！部屋によって暖房がなかったりするので要確認です
駅が近いのとけっこう安かったので2回利用しました。2月に泊った時は部屋に暖房がついておらず少し冷えました。スタッフに話したら小さいヒーターを持ってきてくれました。ハノイの冬は短いですがそれなりに冷えるので、１～２月に泊る時は事前に部屋にヒーターがついてるか確認した方が良いでしょう。

Make sure to check whether the room has a heater
Stayed here for 3 nights. Rooms are not small but a bit cold. Unfortunately, the hotel didn't have enough heaters in stock so I only got a heater on the last night. Better check with the staff whether your room is equipped with a heater in advance. Winters are short and not very cold but due to the humidity, it feels a bit cold. It should be fine in the summer.

チェックインのときに洗面所の方はでたのに、夜、シャワーを浴びようとしたら、お湯が出なかった。フロントに連絡しようとしたが、フロントの内線電話番号が客室内に明記されておらず、連絡できず、非常に不便で気持ちの悪い思いをした。スタッフの英語は、ベトナム人によくある、英語なのか他の言語なのか、わかりにくいが、親切であることは確かでした。

The staffs are very helpful. Room was great. Breakfast was okay, I enjoyed it a lot. The area is also quite. About 10 mins walk to the hoan kiem lake. They gave us a map and guide us go around and provide a lot of tour information. They organized the trip to Ha Long Bay 2 days 1 night for us that was perfect. Highly recommend to every one.

Nice, clean rooms and very helpful staff
Great hotel with super spacious bedrooms, clean and spacious bathrooms with toiletries, awesome breakfast with buffet and change everyday, helpful English-speaking staff and very enthusiastic, near the train station. Definetely recomend!!!

Nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff
Very nice hotel and great staff. The locations was excellent, right in the city center. Breakfast was great and the rooms were pretty big and tidy. City view from window is really beautiful. Ms Thao was incredibly kind and helpful, she help us book a Luxury tour to Lan Ha and Ha Long Bay which extremely fantastic. Will come back again! Highly recommend thsi hotel and tour for everyone!!

Memorable stay in Hanoi
My staying here like in my home, the hotel services better, staff was amazing and they gave us lost of information, the room very clean and big, breakfast was good. The management team is very attentive and makes you feel safe. Im so happy with every thing. Highly recommend this hotel to my friends! And would definitely come back, Thank you for everything

Excellent stay, friendly staffs, highly recommend
Very pleasant stay, the hotel near the train station so it's very convenient for the people would like to go to other places by train. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, they gave us a city map and recommended lots of great restaurants and sightseeing around the city. We booked the Ha Long trip 2 day 1 night with them and we had a wonderful trip. Thank you all, will be back next time.

必要十分なホテル
1人で宿泊しました。 結論としては観光地に歩いて行け、宿泊費がリーズナブルで満足してます。 室内はバストイレ含め清潔。 階段が狭めな作りで、家族というよりビジネスユース寄りな印象。 朝食も一応あるが、コーヒーが色が付いたお湯だったので改善してほしい。

ルームキーが反応せずフロントで交換してもらうも使えず、フロントと部屋を何往復もさせられた。翌日もキーが使えなかったのでフロントにいくと、前日と同様の対応をされ、何往復もさせられた。結局、滞在中１度もルームキーで部屋を開けることができなかった。 3日とも同じフロントだったからルームキーを交換しても無駄なのわかってるのに、毎回同じ対応をする。当然、開かないからフロントに戻る、だるそうに一緒に部屋まで行ってマスターキーで開ける… 疲れて帰って来て部屋とフロントを何往復もさせられる、いい加減にしてほしい！
