부부 여행이었습니다. 전반적으로 서비스나 청결도는 만족스럽습니다. 아침 조식에 나온 쌀국수는 아주 만족스러웠습니다. 한국인을 위한 김치도 준비되어 있었습니다. 부대시설을 많이 이용하지 않는 여행이라면 숙박하기에 적당한거 같습니다. 호엔끼암 호수 뿐만 아니라 베트남을 느낄 수 있는 거리의 상점들과 풍경도 쉽게 볼 수 있습니다.

기억에 남을 호텔
객실 깨끗하고 직원들도 친절하여 나무랄데 없었습니다. 위치는 호안끼엠 호수까지 10분 가량 걸어가야 하는 거리입니다. 체크아웃 시 청바지를 두고 귀국했는데 이틀이 지나 연락했으나 다행히 보관하고 있었고 여러번의 이메일 서신에 빠르고 정성껏 응대해주셔서 매우 고마웠습니다. 좋은 기억으로 남게 되었습니다. 다음에 가게 된다면 다시 방문할 예정입니다.

하노이 중심지랑은 좀 떨어져있어서 15분~20분 걸어다녀야 했지만 밤에도 조용하고 주변도 깨끗해서 저는 만족스러웠습니다.

출장객이 지내기에 적합한 호텔같습니다. 호안키엠 근처여서 교통이 조금 혼잡한게 흠이지만 그래도 어느곳을 가더라도 편하게 움직일 수 있었어요.

청결, 서비스, 조식 등 모두 좋았습니다. 다만 호안끼엠 호수에서 10분-15분 정도 걸어와야 하니 위치는 썩 좋진 않다고 생각됩니다. 그 근처 가깝고 저렴한 숙소들이 많으니까요ㅠㅠ 주변에 아무것도 없는 점도 조금은 아쉽습니다. 5분 정도 가면 스타벅스가 있긴 한데..애매하네요ㅎㅎㅎ 그리고 412호, 제일 끝 방을 받았는데 창문 바로 앞에 다른 건물이 완전 가로막고 있어서ㅎㅎㅎ뷰를 바란건 아니지만 당황했네요. 안심하고 믿고 이용할 만 한 것 같습니다!

장기간 편하게 쉴수있는 곳
업무목적으로 여러번 하노이에 갔었는데 매번 다른곳에서 10일 정도씩 묵었습니다. 여기보다 저렴한 곳도 가보고 비싼곳도 가봤는데 여기만큼 편한데는 없었습니다. 무엇보다 시설이 깔끔했고 장기간 숙박하면서 별다른 불편함을 못느꼈습니다. 다음 출장에도 여기서 묵을것 같습니다.

한국에 들어오기전 하루 쉬었던 호텔
다른건 잘 모르겠네요 잠만자고 아침 식사하고 공항으로 갔으니까요 그런데 밤에 주위에 아무것도 없내요 편의점도 없고... 미니바엔 들어있던게 아무것도 없고 1층에서 구매해서 쓰린배를 맥주와 스넥으로 채웠습니다 룸 서바스 역시 10시면 끝난다고 합니다 공항에서 호텔로 가는 셔틀이 있음 좋을것을 주위에 오페라 힐튼이 있음에도 불구하고 셔틀 버스가 없는건 무척이나 아쉽네요 공항에서 호텔까지는 18usd 달라고 합니다 그것도 깍아서요 부른 가격은 20불 달라고 합니다 1층에 있는 공항 투어엔포멘션에서는 왕복 80불을 달라고 합니다 조식은 그럭 저럭 괜잖지만 종류는 그렇게 많지 않지만 깔끔하게 준비 되여 있습니다

Very nice rooms, great customer service. Our 2 rooms were not next door but at least it was on the same floor. The breakfast wasn't worth the price, the only best thing I ate there was the Pho Hanoi. Broth was hot and delicious. Meat tender and flavorful. Rooms were big, nice, clean. Wi-Fi was good. Had a great experience, would stay here again.
