번화가와 가깝지만 조용한 호텔
시장 골목에 위치해서 처음에는 숙소를 잘못 잡았나 싶었음. 그러나 호안끼엠 호수와 가까움. 번화가와 가까우나 의외로 밤에 조용해서 좋았음. 조식도 맛있고 무엇보다 직원들이 짱 친절함. 같이 간 친구가 아팠는데 병원 알아봐주고 병원에서 의사소통 안되면 자기한테 연락하라며 신경써줘서 고마웠음. 또 하노이 간다면 나중에 또 머물고 싶음.

1. Location is hidden. although it is located in central hoan kiem lake, sometime it was difficult to find hotel when I am back. 2. Service was satisfied extraordinary. not only hotelier but also Vietnam people are very kind. 3. I stay at hotel for business trip. My boss room had ant, so he had hardship night 4. My room had also mosquito I ask reception but they did not handle it immediately. 5. Free photo copy service was great 6. but when I was looking for stamp shop, concierge did not know where it is. i took so many time. 7. I looking for Cong Caphe, they let me know different way 8. I ask them to bring the taxi, the taxi was crazy because taxi went different way. we were about to miss meeting time. 9. Break fast meal, there is no rice, so my boss was a little disappointed.

GREAT !
The overall status of hotel was really great. The staff were awesome and they were willing to help us about traveling in Hanoi. However, i got some bed bugs in the last day of hotel(i stayed 5 nights) and they do not change the sheet of the bed if i don't ask them to do it. In a nutshell, the location and staff were great! I would like to visit there again if i have chance since the hotel is reasonable!

This hotel was really nice. The all staff og hotel is vey kind. Also, free breakfast...i love it. But you have to consider that the hotel is hard to find a bit. Use google map.

직원분들이 정말 친절하시고 좋았습니다. 불편했던점은 건물이 작아서 층간 소음이 잘 차단이 되지않는점과 창문이 있긴한데 열어도 옆건물에 막혀있었던것같네요. 위치는 시내 중심지 골목안쪽에 위치해있어서 관광하기에는 좋은곳에 위치해 있습니다.

Good experience and hotel staff are amazingly kind
It's a small hotel but staff are amazingly kind and nice, clean, and spacious. Specially good location for escaping from hassle of motor bike noise. The only one thing annoying me was briquet gas smell come into the room if you stay lower level floor. Because the gas smell caused from right under the alley noodle vendors. So I recommend higher level floor would be good. Other than that overall fine.

This hotel is smack bang in the centre of the Old District so it's super convenient for visiting the city. It's very good value for money and the breakfasts are really tasty. It's not quiet though. Because it's in the bustling city centre it is quite noisy, but just bring some headphones and you'll be fine. It'll be worth it to be so close to all the action. We hired a scooter with the hotel which was easy and affordable! We also ordered a pick up from the airport through them which worked well. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The staff were soooo friendly and kind and the location is unbeatable if you want the city vibe!!

The hotel is clean, located in the old quarter near restaurants and shopping. Best part about it is the polite and efficient staff. Nikki helped us plan and book all out excursions. Highly recommended.

Pretty good spot central of everything in the old quarter. Honestly had a great time here, call ahead before you arrive and askt them to turn on the air conditioning if you are going in the summer though

Great location. Right in the heart of the old quarter while being down a quiet side street so away from the mayhem. Good quality for the price. Friendly staff and decent breakfast.

Lovely little hotel down a quiet alley way, steps from the hustle and bustle of Hanoi’s Old Quarter. Staff were very kind and helpful, rooms are clean and comfortable- breakfast was a little uninspiring but certainly good enough.

peaceful oasis in the heart of action central
Despite being perfectly located close to the lake and the busiest area of the old quarter it is situated down a side lane meaning none of the incessant beep-beep from the roads during the night.This hotel is the perfect balance of all the comforts without the high price tag.  The room was a good size, air con worked well, the fridge has a small freezer section and the bathroom had a separate shower that contained the water.  Toiletries provided included pump packs of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Breakfast was a selection from a menu (eg bacon/eggs. noodle soup, pancakes) and self serve brown and white baguettes.  The staff and manager were endlessly friendly and helpful creating a very pleasant atmosphere in the hotel.  I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Despite the look, this is a great place to stay in the old quarter. Very close to everything. Every weekend the old quarter turns into a pedestrian only streets and loud music. The good thing about this place is it’s tucked into a little lane off the Main Street. Once you are in there, you hardly hear anything. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

La Beaute de Hanoi is ideally located in the Old Quarter of Hanoi, near Hoan Kiem Lake. It's down a little lane off Dien Liet, a bustling shopping street. Nancy, who works at the front desk, advised me in excellent English about the hotel, breakfast, ATMs, shopping, etc. My room had a balcony, as requested, and was quiet and clean. My breakfast order the second morning was lost, but eventually I got delicious French toast. Front desk staff were uniformly cordial, looked after my luggage on checkout day, and walked me to taxis. There is an elevator, so you don't have to lug your luggage upstairs.

Our reception upon arrival was excellent. Aubrey gave us a superb introduction to the delights of the old quarter of Hanoi. David the Manager is helpful and friendly. Mai is friendly and very helpful at breakfast. This must be one of the best value for money hotels in the old quarter.

The location of this hotel is outstanding. Just 2 blocks to the lake and within Old Hanoi where you will want to be. You might have trouble finding it at first, but once there it is easy to find your way around. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
