좋은 로케이션에 위치한 호텔

침구류 냄새가 거슬렸으며 베게가 너무 높아 불편했어요 뭐 하지만 이정도 가격이면 충분히 이해됩니다, 하지만 신경좀 써주세요 ㅠㅠ

Staff was very polite and very helpful. They helped us book our airport transfer from hotel to airport. Breakfast was very good.

We stayed at this hotel, a family room (a king bed and two single beds) for four nights. The room was large, yet the room was old. There were some need to be fixed as well. For example, the TV in the room was completely broken, the bathtub had black stains and cracks, and sealing was falling out here and there. The staff were kind and helpful. However, only some staff were able to communicate in English. Since we did not know Vietnamese, it was sometimes difficult to get ourselves understood. Breakfast was included, but we did not use the service at all because we wanted to try different food during our short stay in Hanoi. There were plenty of restaurants and coffee shops around. It is not a luxurious hotel or anything, but we had a satisfactory time there. I have nothing to complain, but if I have another chance visiting Hanoi, I would probably try different facility since there are so many other options in the city.

You will not go hungry !

first of all, this is not a 5 star hotel if you are expecting one, you should continue looking the hotel is a older one, so you should expect some flaws But, for what you pay, and what you get, it is a bargain ! All we needed was a bed to sleep in and a central location. The hotel is situated in the old quarter, there are many eateries nearby, the closest being a pho restaurant and a ban mi restaurant, literally a 8 second walk once you walk out the front door of the hotel. Our room came with breakfast included. It was modest but quite filling. The breakfast had made to order omelet and Pho, as well as some hot entries.Of course there was fresh fruit, toast, coffee, tea and juice. What sets this hotel apart from the rest is the staff. THEY WERE PHENOMENAL !!! Everyone from house keeping, restaurant staff, front desk etc all were absolutely welcoming and gracious. Prior to our arrival, Ivy arranged for our tours on multiple days and also recomended many good eateries as well as shopping suggestions. She never steered us wrong. Being it was our first trip to Vietnam, we were a bit worried , but she told us not to be worried, and she was true to her word. A true gem !!

Perfekt placering.Billigt.

Stort rum, perfekt placering, Night marked ca 100m væk, 10min til søen, 10 min til gaderne med alt made . fantastisk service fra personalet, ok morgenmad, fast seng, fladskærms tv med godt signal og kanaler. Wifi tilgængeligt men ubrugeligt i prak perioder om aftenen. Havde et stort rum til 4 personer som var roligt, lidt gadestøj men ikke noget der generede. Bookede udflugt igennem hotellet, hvilket nogenlunde levede op til forventningen. Minibar ok til fine priser. Udvalg ikke så stort men både kiosk og supermarked i gå afstand. od pris.

It was ok

Our first impression wasn’t the best. We checked in late at night and it was really slow and not very welcoming. The room I shared with my sister and nephew smelled pretty bad and the room my brother and wife was too noisy (traffic and horns) but we were too tired to complain, I filled in my review through hotels.com and the next morning the staff was super nice and friendly with us. Breakfast was good too.

Personnel très sympathique Dommage nous ayons eu une chambre en sous-sol, bas de plafond, sans fenêtre, Proche de la salle du petit déjeuner, donc bruyant des 6h!! heureusement nous n avions qu une nuit!!

Thanks for your feedback. We already noted that the economy double/ twin room(basement room) is located in the basement, next to the restaurant and near to the exit. It does not have windows. Guests might experience some noise disturbance.

安価で立派良く満足

立地が非常に良いです、部屋は清潔だと思います。表通りはバイクの音が煩く耳栓が活躍したがこの立地は全てのホテルが煩いと思う。シャワーブースは小さいが価格を考えると満足。帰国時にタクシーをフロントで依頼した、一律280,000ドンで実際のメーターより100,000ドン安かった。

Comfortable and well maintain room

The hotel staff was helpful and courteous. We booked the one night standard room and was upgraded to the room with balcony and windows. The location is right next to the nightly market street. Beds and room are comfortable and well maintain. Although the breakfast selection is very average and run out very early.

Little diamond is right for this hotel

Absolutely fantastic hotel, locsted in the heart of hanoi. Quite and peaceful rooms away from the hustle and bustle of hanoi life. Kim couldn't do enough to help us out with vookong trips and excellent little haunts that only locals know about. No matter the time of day she always greeted you with a smile. She is the little diamond of hanoi. Value for money wise you cannot fault this gem of a hotel.

Good area, great staff

Great hotel in prime location within the old quarter. Staff are phenomenal - helped us with all of our needs. Beds are a bit uncomfortable and the bathrooms are cramped, but it was good for a few nights

Comfortable, but could do with a new coat of paint

We only stayed for one night, the hotel is comfortable enough although it is looking a little tired. There was no hot water in the evening or early morning although in Hanoi, this is not a disaster! Good selection for breakfast. Would probably spend a little more and stay somewhere a little newer next time.

Unterkunft insgesamt sehr gut. Zimmer und vor allem Betten sehr sauber. Einziges Manko in Sachen Sauberkeit: Zimmer wird während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht gereinigt, lediglich Handtücher werden ausgetauscht. Perfekte Lage in Laufnähe Hoan Kiem Lake, mitten im Großstadttrubel, gute Lokale in der Nähe (bestes Pho-Restaurant der Stadt, laut Einheimischer). Mitarbeiter sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Frühstück überschaubar, nicht schlecht, aber wenig und nichts Besonderes. Lediglich Bad und Hausflur könnten mehr Aufmerksamkeit und Pflege nicht schaden.
