Thank you for your feedback. We would like to ensure that you received your email confirmations noting that dinner is by reservation. Breakfast is offered between 8:30 am until 10 am weekdays and weekends. There are staff that are onsite along with our security that stays at the resort onsite. During the week our administration has lighter hours of operation outside of the high season which most resorts in the area also comply with. There are plenty of activities and rentals that are available to use. Once guests arrive to the resort they can sign out a canoe, boat etc. and sign up for their reservations as well for the restaurant. These can also be reserved in advance. The Nomi Community.

Thank you for staying with us. We would like you to know that we have been renovating rooms and the resort throughout the year. The renovated rooms in the corners are priced accordingly and guests tend to really enjoy these rooms and the feedback has been excellent. We do not have any rooms with mattresses on the floor, there are built in box springs. All of the room pictures have been taken and marketed by Expedia to ensure that the room associated to the price you are paying is identical to the the room you book. King and Queen suites are renovated and available which is what we showcase on our website. We are continuing with the renovations, wile continuing to have the operation running. We apologize that the elevator was an issue. As you may have learned when you were at the resort, there was a major storm and it knocked out power. Our elevator lost allot of power the regulations that we follow advises us to turn it off until our licensed technician services it. We did not want to run the risk of having an issue with a guest being in the elevator at the risk of getting stuck.
