So sorry your stay wasn't what you expected. We have all new furniture in all rooms, hardwood flooring and a new new paint job in almost every room now. We have been in renovation mode for the past year and each room will be fully renovated very soon.

Steve, I am so sorry that things were not 100% here. We are short staffed and try to meet every need. I at any point and time can be reached and if I had known of your inconveniences I would have personally taken care of anything needed. Our desk clerks also help in housekeeping and laundry so that is most likely where he was or if it was really early he might have worked the night before and was trying to get a nap before starting the day.(because we are severally short staffed) I do hope that in the future if your in the area you at least stop in so we can chat. Regarding the spot on the sheet I did upgrade you to a king room at no cost and told you if there were any issues I would make sure that it was taking right away. However the power outage we had no control of and cant help those things. We got several inches of snow and sometimes these things happen.
