Had a great experience with the staff when we checked in. Came back at 120am to find the front desk sleeping on the couch but otherwise was an awesome experience.

This hotel was awesome!!! Quick check-in and the staff was so friendly! The pool area was clean and our family had a great time. Breakfast was delicious and there were so many options. The checkout was quick and again the staff was friendly!

They don't clean your room unless you ask them???? When they didn't clean, you have to ask them for new towels every day. Room was very dirty with mouthwash covering one side of the bathroom wall and coffee stains on the other.

Eww... No Water and Poor Management
Summary: This hotel is poorly managed. Employee morale is low, and a "pass the buck" attitude dominates. Very little is spent on maintenance. Review: My family of five stayed in a suite (2 queen beds plus sofa bed) from 1/29 to 1/1. During our visit, the hotel lost water for approximately 18 hours, from the morning to evening of 1/30. Not hot water, *all* water. This was apparently the second time within a week. On New Year's Eve, there was no other hotel option in the area. So far, we have not received a refund. Upon checkout, we were informed that the manager was on-site but could not meet with us because she had to "get herself together." Based on how the rest of the hotel was maintained, I imagine that the cheapest plumber possible was hired, as the job wasn't done correctly the first time. When we left on 1/1/2024, I counted 7 cars in the lot. Other notes: An adequate supply of towels is not maintained. When we checked in, we were offered pool towels because no bath towels were clean. Even before the water went out, both public bathrooms on the first floor were out; one had a clogged toilet, one had a broken sink. The workout facility was also poorly maintained; there were marks on the wall, and tears in the wallpaper were left unrepaired. On a positive note, the beds were comfortable.

We stayed five nights. Two of those days there were problems with the water: No hot one day, a water main break four days later. Everything else was very nice: staff, room, breakfast.

The room smelled like stale cigarette smoke. It was clean but had a cigarette odor even though it is a non smoking facility.

We were greeted by Bridgette whom was a delight and attentive. Our initial room had no heat, we were given a different room soon after. Only one light fixture worked in bathroom. Biggest complaint overall was the pillows. Horribly uncomfortable, we both had stiff necks. Location was ideal for all we wanted to do. Breakfast was good

Everything was great. Morning breakfast was really good. Mold around the bathroom was slightly disturbing but generally the room was clean and comfortable. Really good pillows too! I was looking to see where they were from but no tags. 😁

There is lots of built up dirt on the vents. There’s dirt on the corner of the bathroom floor and lint on the beds. There’s grease finger stains on the furniture like it was never wiped down from the previous stay. There is 1 tiny garbage can in the room but we are a family of 4 staying for a weekend.

As a last resort
A conflicting review. I was not able to check in early which is fine, understandable. my key card did not work the first time, and the next day took two tries. Quite annoying as the elevator is painfully slow. When you're extremely tired and you have to go up and down three times to get the key to work correctly, it takes a toll . Be aware there's no phones in the room and one very tiny garbage can located in the bathroom. No usb hook up. What is conflicting is that queen size bed was very comfortable and the refrigerator freezer was stellar at freezing things. I did appreciate the hot breakfast.

I stayed here for my wedding weekend. I should have known from the start it was going to be rough. The gal at the front desk was far from friendly. She was on FaceTime or a phone call with someone when we arrived never told us house keeping doesn’t go. The stairwell were extremely dirty, the elevator is slow and takes quite some time. We needed to use the pull out couch and there was no pillows, or Sheets. The front desk t didn’t have any. The only decent thing was breakfast( but the OJ/Apple juice was nasty) Before booking though Expedia we tried a room block and the lady in charge had the wrong year to start, then went MIA for months, we tried to contact her and never heard back. We ended up giving up on a room block and our guests all got their own rooms on their own, but for a holiday inn I expected better. We’ve been to many holiday inns and this was by far the worse.

The staff was nice and the room for the most part was clean & nice but the tub/shower in the bathroom was very slow to drain so you end up standing in water while you shower. The hallways had chipped walls & the carpets looked dated/rundown. The lobby was nice, they just need to spruce up the room floors.

1. I didn't like the fact that we were not informed the indoor pool was closed. The indoor pool was a primary factor for us in choosing the property. We booked the room nonrefundable but were only sent a notification of the pool being closed after we booked. I consider that misrepresentation at some level. 2, we booked the twin queen suite with the extra space since we had 2 adults and 3 kids. When we arrived we were given a twin queen handicapped room and told nothing else was available, once again, misrepresentation. 3. There was a loud party going on and the desk clerk said it would be over by 10. It ended around 11 pm. 4. The room wasn't in good shape, torn carpet, a burned out bulb, what appeared to be blood stains or something very similar, on the bathroom wall. If we hadn't been so tired from travelling I would have left and gone elsewhere from any ONE of these things. We are very unhappy and my wife refuses to stay at Holiday Inns in the future.

The room was fine except the soap dispenser didn't work and they never replaced it after we asked. We had to turn in our dirty towels to get clean ones -- we had to do that every day as there was onoly 2 hooks for the towels - no towel racks, so the towels never dried. You had to ask to have your room cleaned. Every night it sounded like someone was re-arranging furniture, so it was a bit noisy.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean as was the facility. The breakfast was good, with a variety of items. The Front Desk Receptioist appeared to be preoccupied with the computer screen and barely looked away from it. There was little to no eye contact. I way have been an inconvienence as the paying the customer. A more friendly experience would be appreciated.

I was concerned when I walked down the halls, but the room was gonna be real beat off because the halls were not in great shape on the third floor, like the spot painted, but the rooms were good. they also let me do a late check out which was helpful because of the water problems.

Disasters. I wanted to change our room because there so many problems in the room, the sink faucet was wiggling not to mention there were were to no cover on the sink hole so if something fell on the sink like your ring you will not be able to get it. The bathroom door is so tight and you have to push it very very hard to close or open it. The very worst problem was the water in the shower. THERE WERE NO COLD WATER ITS ALL HOT WATERTHAT COMING OUT. We were struggling to take a shower and the faucet in the shower fell off and almost hit my husband feet. I told the front desk Jamirie about all of this problem and asked if we can change room she said that there were not available clean room yet she said she will know later in the morning unfortunately I told her that we will not be around the whole day because my son has basketball tournament at Spooky Nook a 25 minutes drive but she said that she will ask their maintenance guys to check it. We came back at night and noticed that nothing was fixed. I went to the front desk and spoke to Kevin I even ask him to come to our room and check it out. He check all my complain and most especially I said the hot water. He turn on the water and he said it’s warm I said wait and I told him where is the cold water coz normally it’s cold water first when you turn on then you kept on turning until to hit the right temperature but this one was NO COLD WATER COMING OUT. I asked again to give me another room and he said there were no available.
