We will install curtains to ensure light-sensitive guests are accommodated. I agree our comforters look lumpy. The reason is we wash them after every stay and the batting tends to bunch up. Once we attempted to verify your credit card and could not, we visited your room and smelled cigarette smoke a second time. The first report of your cigarette smoking came from our housekeeping staff as they walked by earlier in the day.Our hotel is almost 100 years-old. Cigarette smoke damages our plaster walls and ceilings and we cannot allow smoking in our facility. We hope you understand.Sincerely,
