Good day, We are sorry you found our staff rude. On Sunday morning, the lady came to check up on you to simply remind you that check-out time was at 10 am. I am sorry she came off as rude but she was still new. She saw you climbing in the car and assumed you were driving off with the key (we have had this happen before). We do not allow visitors as we are a quiet, reserved lodge that aims for a peaceful out of city experience. Plus our lodge is very small and cannot accommodate too many people. About the room, on our side it showed the Gemsbuck room. We moved you to a different room as a courtesy as you arrived quite late and everyone was very tired. Our room service is normally limited to our non-self-catering units. We usually only do room-service to self- catering on request. We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay with us and will aim to do better Ostrich Manor
