Stayed here plenty of times and this is the first time i am disappointed. Third floor room was dirty and the entire floor smelled like sulfur. Shower was dirty and blood on the curtain.

I arrived at 2pm, understanding that check-in isn't until 3pm. So I wasn't too surprised that they wouldn't let me. The reasoning was what made me give this a two star rating. I was told none of the rooms had been cleaned. The desk clerk pointed to the monitor that had the camera footage and said she didn't know where the maids were, that they 'must be on break'. Mind you, it's an hour before check-in. How can none of the rooms be cleaned yet? And there were only 2 cars in the whole parking lot so it wasn't as if a bunch of people were still there. Finally checked in after our concert at 11pm. Room was a mess. Something gross on the carpet, maybe a dead bug, maybe a peach pit...didn't get close enough to look. Something splattered over the bed comforter. Yuck! Glad I had to wait for the room to be cleaned!🙄 Breakfast goes until 10. Went down to grab something small. The area was such a mess that I didn't even bother. Luckily Cracker Barrel is next door. I wouldn't say 'stay away from this location' , just don't have high expectations.

After we got our room, we found dried fecal matter in our toilet. The staff, while polite, took their time to help and wasn't respectful of our time.

Window was broken and had tape on it and part of the window open on the crack allowing cold air to come in. If there was a child in the room they could have been severly hurt.

They cleaned our room the second day but not the third. I had to go down and ask for clean towels and they only had bath towels available, nothing else. Breakfast was very good all three days. Staff very good, friendly and were willing to help.

Had to change rooms because of hair found all over bed. 2nd room had crumbs on one of the beds. People in the room next to us had loud music all night long and were talking loudly over the music, hallway smelled heavily of smoke. I called the front desk around 3am to get someone to get the music turned off and was told they’d do something about it but nothing happened. Finally around 5am the music was turned off. Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Front desk people weren’t the problem, they were very polite just didn’t help the music situation. Breakfast was fine. Overall I wouldn’t stay In this hotel ever again if I can help it.

Pools closed. Apparently they closed it for Covid and have absolutely zero intention of ever opening it back up. Otherwise it was fine. Very convenient to the interstate.

Had one of the one bedroom suites with the soaking tub. The room above used the tub late at night and it sounded like a fire hydrant was pouring down the wall. Also, every step they took was like a stampede from above. The breakfast wasn’t edible and the eating area cramped. The entire place seemed dirty.

Pros and cons
Pros-near to restaurants and shops, quiet area, easily accessible by road Cons-The Fitness Center leaves a lot to be desired. They need more dumbbells and a different machine. I would suggest a cable machine set up

Been booking this hotel for 3 years now for an annual family function. Price is reasonable and my family always opt for it even though we could’ve selected other hotels in area. We loved the breakfast and looked forward to it. This trip parking was a problem because we had to park across the street and carried our luggage over. A bit disappointed but overall a good stay.

Nobody answered phones at property. Desk person on there cell phone playing games or something and we had to wait for them to finish. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast, empty trays and no one around to replenish also no where to sit and eat the area was too small. Had to go out to get breakfast

Has really gone downhill in the last couple of years. Damaged furniture, dirty carpets, stained and dirty couches. Truly disappointed in how this has fallen apart.

I would like to say i stayed here 3 wks ago. My experience was great and professional with that receptionist. This time however the assistant manager Christ was rude and unprofessional. He took a personal call and told me to wait while he sat back in his chair talk and laugh. While my child who has low functioning autism and i stood there for 4 mins and yes i took notice.When he turn his back to us while he chatted up a storm i was pissed. Something that should only took the most 5 mins was 20 mins.When i didnt agree with him on the credit card and that i didnt give one when i checked in previous. He told me that person was fired and that she done alot of things wrong.I told him that none of my business. As far as i a was concern that person was by far was more professional than him and his manager i spoke to on the phone. He continue to call me she when.When i told him my name is on the license his was holding.He also told me that he has the ability to cancel me room if he feels there is a problem. I told him go ahead he has no standing in my life and if he does it will change nothing.
