Very nice to stay. Parking lot was almost full but my room was quiet. Looking forward to staying there again.

I made a reservation at this address in error - I selected the incorrect Rodeway Inn property. After 5 minutes I realized my mistake and called both the property and Expedia. Each blamed the other for not being able to process a refund. Horrible experience with both Rodeway and Expedia. I would never recommend either one.

This place is affordable and convenient for someone who only stays up that way for work purpose. The property can use a tune up but overall the worry at this hotel is how unsafe the area is. Nothing to do with the actual hotel everything that I have experienced has been outside of the parking lot. Breaking in of cars has been an issue.

Well lets start off with half the outlets in the king jet tub suite we stayed in didnt work . The phone to the front desk didnt work . I had to use my cell phone to call the front desk for wifi password . There wasn't any hot water in the shower Saturday Night . Then i asked for a different tv remote i was told there wasnt any extra from the front desk person working Saturday night . Ive Always stayed at this hotel chain. So that's why I'm so taken back by the gross negligence of this establishment operation In blatant disregard for customer service.

The window was broken in the first room. So we had to get another one. The room we got is freezing and the tub was dirty.

I was put into the same room as last time. There are still cocroaches. However they have fixed the toilet. and the correct number of towels have been replaced each day.

This was the Most Disgusting place I have ever been. Mold in the shower. Roaches not hiding in the light even. I counted at least 5 in different places. Please remove this unhealthy, unsanitary property from Expedia. It should embarrass Expedia as much as it should the property owners.

Never again!
First, i was told there were no King rooms, which is what I booked online. She wanted to give me a double bed. I refused. She then booked me into a room which i found to be dirty. Then I was “upgraded” to a suite which was fine. It was clean. The evening of my second night, i asked for fresh towels. The front desk apparently has no access to towels, so i couldn’t get any. On the morning of my last day I saw two cockroaches. I was mortified! When I checked out and voiced my complaints, all she said was “im sorry you didn’t enjoy your stay”

The toilett in my room was Not attatched to the floor or the wall !!! There was evedence that the bathroom was leaking from the floor above. The room had cocroaches. The cleaning staff only left one roll of toilet paper . Also the cleaning staff changed towels but the amount of replaced towels was inconsistant . And the room was not very clean. I bought cleaning supplies and wiped down the desk and tables. and sprayed for bugs!!!!

It was cheap so what should I expect? A warm shower??? I asked the front desk if they could fix the issue with my water being cold.. the next morning the 2nd person I spoke to allowed me to shower in another room but that water was luke warm at best. It felt like I was in a shelter. I don't think I will be returning for future stays.

Highly disappointed will not recommend. The first room we were given the minute we opened the door all I smelled was black mold that was in the bathroom and there were water stains on the ceiling tiles, those tiles were also broken and looked like they would fall out. The second room they gave us had no mold but there was water stains in the ceiling tiles as well and were dipping down as if they would fall and break as well. Maintenance knew of the issues and said he was fixing them but seemed more interested in keeping the business. Only pleasant experience was the receptionist Melissa

This place is the worst stay ever. The rooms are outdated and the rugs smelled. The bathroom has mold in the bathtub. When I asked for them to refund me my money back they only gave me 20% out of my $200.00 a night stay.

This place was nasty from top to bottom. The bathroom had mold. The wall was nasty with whole in them. The carpet is the nasty I’ve ever seen. In they have roaches. Never again

This place was one of the dirtiest I ever went. Molds in the windows and around the carpet in the bath. The entire place smells like a giant ashtray. Walls are yellow and sticky. The first room they gave us had a door handle that was coming off the door. I wonder why those rental plateform allows this kind of place to be displayed on their pages. Don’t rent there!!

As soon as we checked in and got to our room we found multiple holes in the walls a broken window that would not open old soap wedged into the shower that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in forever! The mattress had multiple stains all over it and the sheets look like they weren’t changed from the last person in there! We checked out as fast as we got there!

Room was dingy at best. Stained carpets. Non.smoking room the scent that hit mr upon opening the door was overwhelming. Thought i could have overlooked it but had to go to the recetionist for some type of deodorizer to mitigate the scent. What i got was a bottle with the top broken off. Couldnt even spray the contents. Windows was open with the scent of Marijuana coming though the windows. But i made it through the night. Never again!!!!

The check in went smoothly; but unfortunately I did not feel comfortable staying there. The property looked unkept, it wasn’t welcoming to the eye, and the hallways smelled like smoke. The rug was dirty in the hall as well. I could not stay there, it was not clean enough for me to feel comfortable. V/r

Do NOT stay here!
Our room was infested with cockroaches, and it was very dirty. When we told the management about the cockroaches, he just switched our rooms and acted like it was no big deal. No apologies were made or anything like that.
