Don’t waste your money. Find another place. Had specifically said no smoking and they gave us a smoking room. Said I didn’t pay so I paid again then two hours later they said I paid. Bathroom smelled and water coming from the walls. I could say more but you get what I’m saying.

Wonderful and comfortable. Very big bed with extra pillows given. The location is also strategic. Parking is good.

Room was relatively new and clean. In comparison with the other hotels we stay in Hatyai, the rooms are so much cleaner and new. Would be place to stay. Location wise, it’s quite centralized. 10mins walk to the market.

Great hotel and staff

I was given a room near the housekeeping room. Everything was great, until the morning housekeeping calls that were directed to them. Sometimes I hear their phone ring as early as 7am in the morning. I’m a very light sleeper, and slight noise would wake me up. Would have appreciated if the staff could inform us beforehand that we’re prone to being disturbed by the housekeeping calls. But overall, it was still a good hotel with great location. The staffs were also polite and helpful when we had some queries regarding the room, as well as when we wanted to book a car for our early airport check-in at 5.30am.

Happy with my stay at New Season Square Hotel

Hotel looks brand new and is very clean too. Except tissues papers are quarterly loaded but replenish daily. Toilet paper rolls would be nice if standby another roll rather wait for next day replenish.

Nice clean hotel. Good size swimming pool.
