Great stay.
This is a large, relatively new hotel. The room was comfortable and clean. Service at the front desk and breakfast was polite and efficient. My only complaint was with the shower. The water was barely warm both days. Other than this, it was a great stay.

Room keys did not work, thermostat did not work, telephone did not work, night clerk was absent from the front desk for 20 minutes while we waited for keys that worked. No more stays at Hampton for us!

Great Hattiesburg hotel!
Fantastic hotel close to USM, restaurants, shops, etc. Nice, spacious rooms and very friendly personnel. Breakfast was good as were the afternoon cookies and popcorn. Would definitely stay here again!

They are about to get sued for charging my card for something I did not do.. the front desk attendant that I talked to about the charge was very rude and hung up in my face.. I was very calm about this situation

Very nice rooms and great staff
It was a pretty nice stay everything was clean and the front desk lady was super friendly and nice. Overall best hotel I stayed in this year as far as service, cleanliness and ease of checking in. Only downside was a volleyball tournament or something was going on so it was a little loud for a little bit in the hallways but the hotel can’t really do anything about that.

Let’s play a game of Pool
Very nice hotel & friendly staff! Very close to restaurants, shopping & the interstate. I love the pool table in the lobby area & the hot breakfast was delicious!!!

Great overnight stay while traveling!
Check-in was smooth and easy! Front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. Rooms were clean. Would stay here again in the future.

It was not listed that it was pet friendly which we thought it wasn’t. Found out by seeing customer with dog by the elevator cleaning up what we thought was pee!

The front desk screwed up the payment from Expedia and we couldn’t check in for an hour and now at 9:30 they call with more problems with the payment which I have a receipt from Expedia and the funds have been taken from my bank…..I won’t ever deal with Expedia again or Tthis hotel

Not for me.
I got the last parking spot at 9 pm. Confusing because it’s two hotels in one. The room could have been nicer, but the thermostat was set at 60, and it was FREEZING in there. It was so cold the sheets and carpeting felt wet. The tv remote barely worked. I had to push the volume button at least 5 times to get it to go up one notch, and it had to be turned up about 30 notches to be normal volume. The hand soap was located at about 6 feet high, so as a full grown adult I had a hard time reaching the pump. The pumps in the shower were also very high. Huge hotel, no restaurant at all. When I checked out the desk clerk was obviously annoyed that I was interrupting a personal call.

The pool was closed and no one could say why. After a long road trip, the kids were looking forward to a swim to get active. Our room was clean but very stuffy for some reason. AC down very low helped. No bad but not good either. Would have chosen another place if we has known about the shortfalls.
