Dirty, smelly, shows up on Apple Maps as permanently closed. No irons or ironing boards available in the rooms, nor at the front desk or laundry area.

The hotel was not very clean. We booked partially because of breakfast. Breakfast was scheduled until 9:00 and I went down before 8:00. Much of the food was gone or picked over and staff just said, ya, the people who came at 6:00 got the sausage. I paid for a full breakfast, not leftovers, very disappointing.

Wow, to say this is horrible is an understatement! I can not believe Wyndham would associate its name with such a place. The Receptionist continued trying to talk with us as her mouth was full of food, the carpet throughout is beyond dirty and worn (pls make sure to wear something on your feet at all times), NO hot (or even warm) water, there were NO towels, etc in the room, no coffee for the room coffee pots, no cups by the water cooler, no hot breakfast as shown in pictures, etc. I’ve never shared such a bad review before. Spoke with 2 other guests in the morning who had all the same issues! Very sad and very disappointing place!

Average hotel. Felt a bit unsafe as the outside door could be just pushed open, key card didn’t work. Room was never cleaned which was fine as I was only there for 2 days. Hotel was run down but the price reflected that. Price was great.

Stayed for a week for work. The room was a typical low rate room, no complaints with the cleanliness on arrival. Upon arrival into room, coffee machine was mixed the pot, blow dryer in room had a broken on and off switch. Continental breakfast had expired yogurts, sandwiches and milk. Laundry services were out of service. Luckily, I brought my own kettle and cooking supplies. I had one towel and wash cloth in the room for a full week. No one emptied garbages or restocked towels. I had requested a late check out since I work nights before going home and was told I would have to pay for a full night and was unable to pay extra for a late check out. It sufficed until I was able to rent a room with my job, but did leave a bit to be desired.

This was the worst motel I have ever stayed at, dirty, poorly maintained, everything was broke , I would never recommend anyone ever stay here

Shower and toilet were broken upon arrival and took over a day to fix. Staff was incredibly rude during the stay and checkout process. Will not ever be staying here again. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay in Havre, pay the extra $10 and go somewhere else.

Was checked into room on main floor . Blk particles floated up with first flush. Carpet very stained . Then noticed blk mold around whereupon section meets lower around tub . Overall room esp bathroom looked like overlooked for long time . Limited seating in dining area and desperately in need of new toaster. However staff very pleasant and accommodating . Did move us to second floor which was better.

This was such a disgusting property! I cannot believe this is a Wyndham property! Dust and cobwebs on the lamps, Ground in dirt and stains in the hallways, garbage strewn around the grounds, just awful !

We had to go numerous times to get a new key as many different times, the keys didn't work. Our room did NOT get cleaned and they said we need to let them know if we wanted it cleaned (we were not informed of this).

This had Wyndham behind its name on Expedia. Filthy filth carpet stairs looked like they had not been vacuumed in months. Hall RECKED --- bathtub was dirty. Floors were sticky carpet was stained in both room and hall. The front of the microwave was greasy and had fingerprints on it. The upholstered furniture in the lobby and our room looked like it came from GOODWiLL. Overall, I believe this facility should be reported to the health department.

Way different than pictured on the site! Smelled like old smoking room. Broken leg on desk and hole in back of bathroom door. Smaller than expected.

The common areas were filthy. At 8am the hot breakfast was depleted and they ran out of items so items could not be replinshed.

Not worth the money we saved.
The price was reasonable. The hotel itself was in slight disrepair. There was guests doing maintenance. Our lights quit working periodically. The room was not the cleanest. We paid online and then were charged an additional $85 at checkout. We were told thays what happens when you book online. After numerous calls to our bank, hotels.com, and the hotel itself, we were finally refu ded the additional charges. Wont stay here again unless its an emergency
