오션뷰고 집이 널찍해서 가족여행에 정말 좋아요! 주방시설이 조리도구까지 완벽하며, 청소상태도 좋았습니다. 시설은 다소 낡은 듯하지만 잘 유지 관리된 듯해요.

첫 단추를 잘못 꿰어버린 숙소
체크인 시간인 4시 이전에 도착해서 짐을 맡기려고 했으나 숙소에는 별도의 짐보관공간이 없어 짐을 최대 2개까지 보관이 가능하다고 했습니다. 아쉽지만 미리 알아보고 가지 않은 탓이므로 넘어갔으나 체크인시간인 4시에 돌아왔더니 방을 청소중이라며 30분을 기다리게 했습니다. 같은 애스턴 숙소를 와이키키에서 기분좋게 이용한 이후라 비교가 많이 되었는데, 숙소의 키를 받고 숙소까지 이동하는데 시설안내등을 받은건 없었습니다. 객실 내부는 꽤 만족스러웠습니다. 높지않은 방을 배정받았으나 뷰는 충분했습니다. 하지만 부엌의 조명이 아주가끔 점멸하기도 하고 급했던 모양인지 셋째날은 쓰레기통을 비우지 않고 침구류 정리도 미흡했습니다. 여기까진 다 그러려니 할 수 있었으나 가장 안좋았던 부분은 온수였습니다. 5인가족이 샤워를 하면 두명까지만 따뜻한 물로 샤워를 할 수 있었습니다. 뜨거운 물도 아닙니다. 여러모로 장기투숙에는 좋을듯하나 빅아일랜드 여행으로는 다시 한 번 생각하게 되는 숙소였습니다.

방도 넓고 비교적 깨끗했어요. 아침마다 화단에 물을 주는데 물비린내가.. 좀 심하더라구요. 프론트도 친절하시구 좋았어요. 월마트 가까워서 괜찮았네요.

The property and location were very nice and easy parking. Traffic was light in the area for the beginning of April but im not sure of other months. The pool and private sand beach were very nice. Inside the unit, the kitchen and baths were updated and very nice. The carpeting and living room/bedroom furnishings could be updated as they were old. The balcony view was amazing of the ocean. Overall, i would definitely come back and stay here again.

Room was extremely dated and in dire need of paint and new furniture but the views were spectacular, the whole property was extremely clean and well taken care of. I would recommend staying as the staff were awesome and we felt very safe.

Overall we like this property. We have stayed here before. This time we had a problem with check-in. The check-in time is 4 pm and the check in clerk was cranky and would not let us check in earlier. We had to wait by the pool for over two hours before a kinder clerk let us check in just before 4 pm and I could see that the room had been ready for some time. I asked that they call us when the room was ready, but that did not happen. My family had a very long flight and were very tired. This was not a good situation or considerate.

My sincere apologies. Yes, check in at 4pm and check out at 11 am. Our housekeeping and maintenance department need get the unit ready for guest arrival. Sometime early check in will not be available. I hope you had a wonderful stay.

Very nice with beautiful ocean front pool
Front desk staff was amazing and greatly helped us out with a situation. The unit was nice, but the electrical outlet in the bathroom looked very dangerous like it had shorted out. Its an older building, but the unit was nice. And well kept

The condo is in great shape. Sufficient channels on television, adequate wi-fi. Sufficient pots, pans, etc in the kitchen. Great view!! The community property is kept in immaculate shape (pool, hot tub, bbq area, grounds, etc.)

The place we stayed in was nice and the beach area is really nice and private along with the pool but we were told that we might be able to get in early and never did hear back so that was a little disappointing as we only had one night to stay

Property details stated crib provided. When called ahead to request crib we were rudely told it’s on a first come first serve bases. So we asked to have a note placed that we would like a crib if available. When checking in there was no note and had to ask for a crib again and thankfully there was one available. Purchase a partial ocean view room and there was absolutely no view of the ocean from our balcony. Landscape view only. Not the most pleasant customer service upon check in. Could offer locals map of beaches, tours etc. We used the stairs often because it was closer to our room and there were dead bugs everywhere for multiple days. Could clean the stairs. Parking under the hotel was difficult to get in and out of but outside parking was nice. Overall, though the kitchen was great to have. Easy location, and wonderful view of the ocean outside the pool.

Tramonto meraviglioso dalla spiaggia privata. Alba dal balcone con vista oceano. Appartamento grandissimo pulito e fornito di tutto. Parcheggio coperto compreso. Ottima location per vedere la costa senza essere in un posto troppo turistico

Our room was beautifully furnished and had a lovely view of the ocean and Kona sunset. The kitchen was great and had all the appliances we needed: toaster, hot water pot, rice cooker, microwave, large refrigerator/freezer, etc. We liked that it was located away from "downtown" Kona so wasn't so busy and crowded. The one thing that would have been nice is a firmer bed (it was rather soft). We would definitely consider staying here again.

少し古めですが、清潔感もあり、広々と開放感があり、のんびりできました。 ここの広いコンドミニアムに宿泊した後ワイキキのホテルに泊まったので、そこはとても手狭に感じました。 インフレかつ円安の今、外食はめちゃくちゃ高いですが、バーベキューコンロも無料で使用でき、食費を抑えつつ楽しむことができました。 スタッフも皆さん感じが良かったです（ハワイ島みんなですが） ご厚意でお部屋もアップグレードしてくれました！！

Room smelled like urine, carpet dingy, out-dated furniture, 20" tv, my computer monitors are bigger than the tv, no tv in bedroom-had to move tv from living to bedroom. Asked for room change or upgrade Mgr said no, wife stung by bee, asked front desk for first aid, refused initially, she finally gave in and gave 1 alcohol swab after questioning why? View is the best feature, this place needs to be upgraded through out. The bathroom mirrors are worn out, fruit flies in unit, this place is a dump..I would never recommend or stay here ever again. DVD machine onsite..who watches DVDs in 2023.Poorly managed property by front staff. I seriously recommend considering replacing staff that worked on 9/5/23 (3pm-10pm)..
