최고의 리조트
지저분하고 낡았다는 후기가 많아서 걱정을 했는데 예상외로 너무 좋아서 놀랬습니다. 필요한 물건들이 세심하게 갖추어져 있었고 특히 세탁기와 건조기가 있어서 옷을 세탁해서 입을수 있다는것이 큰 장점 이었습니다. 여행와서 집같이 편안한 기분을 느낄수 있어서 좋았고 실내에 있는 것만으로도 힐링 받는 기분이었습니다. 주변에 쇼핑몰이 있어서 장보거나 식사하기 편하고 카할루우 해변이랑도 가까운것도 장점이라고 할수 있습니다. 단점 한가지 있다면 걱정했던대로 첫날 죽어있는 바퀴벌레 한마리 발견했다는 점인데 다행히 여행 중에 또 발견되지는 않았습니다.

Loved our stay. Great location, easy check in and check out. Very comfortable beds, enjoyed time at the pools. Would recommend staying here.

This is the real Hawaii, quiet and peaceful. No crowds and no “BUZZ” just yourself and the beautiful island and ocean. Come here to relax, turn off the WiFi, (they have it but you don’t need it or want it) Just one minor negative, all unit have steps, some have a lot of steps.

Beds are hard as rocks. We booked a 2 bed with sofa sleeper and there was no sofa sleeper. We found an air mattress in the closet. We booked a condo for the kitchen however all utensils were very run down. The “sharp” knives are duller than a butter knife. Beautiful location, quiet but no real community feel. It needs some updating and care and could truly be a great place.

While the condo size, view and location are wonderful the condo itself needs some maintenance. Several areas in both bathrooms have dry rot and need to be repaired. All appliances were functional except ice maker in the refrigerator. While the kitchen was well stocked overall there were only two pots, one very small and one extra large. The staff at the complex were very friendly, attentive and competent. The cable box in the bedroom was not functioning when we arrived, I contacted the front desk and maintenance came by very shortly and determined that box was bad. They contacted local cable company and a service tech came and replaced the box within a couple of hours. I can’t even get kind of service back home! I would definitely stay at this complex again but probably not this unit.

部屋も広く、静かでのんびり出来ます。ゴルフコースも見え、長閑な雰囲気が良かったです。 キッチンに１ｍｍ程度の蟻？が大量に出没するのが難点ですが、それ以外は満点です。 また宿泊したいです。

Property overall was decent, well taken care of. Employees were great, no issues. Had a clogged shower and it was fixed same day reported. Cleaning fee is way too much, double what it should be, and the fact you have to pay extra for air conditioning is ridiculous because it is pretty much mandatory. Unit had stained carpet on entry stairs, so started off with a very bad impression and every time you entered or exited the unit. It was just gross, especially since they ask you to remove your shoes, which did not happen. Unit has not been updated since build, so could definitely use some work in areas. Not very well equipped as far as kitchen items and utensils. We didn’t cook so wasn’t much of an issue but could be for those who want to prepare their own meals. Overall, the spaces were clean but some areas had a lot of accumulated dust and visible on walls and areas not routinely cleaned. I would expect it to be immaculate for $400, not just a quick in and out. It was okay for a first time trip to the Big Island staying on a budget, but probably wouldn’t stay here again unless it was in a more updated unit.

If you just want to get away from the busy and noisy city life this is the place to go. Nothing better than to wake up and sit on the lanai listening to the ocean. Very well maintained and quiet. Close to many beaches and kona. I have been visiting here for 20 years and will continue to for many more. The Kanaloa is the only place that I stay at.

It seems the condos on this property are individually owned, thus the quality can range. Our first place was not well-maintained, but management moved us to a better place upon request. The location is amazing as everything is close by so you feel like you’re not outside of town, but also not in town. We will definitely stay here again as we have stayed here many times and assume that the area is the recovering from the 2020 pandemic effects.

It was quiet ,well kept grounds easy to get to other places . I liked the ocean swimming pool..the near golf course location ,friendly staff. I didnt like the noisy bed ,the dead cockroaches ( though better than live ones) lol ....but overall it was an awesome stay for us

Although during the online reservation I read "taxes & fees included", I still had to pay again when I arrived there (additional taxes). This on top of the destination fee and the high charge for cleaning. If you want the air conditioning activated there is an additional (not irrelevant) daily charge that they unveil to you at the moment of check-in. The outlets in the 2 bathrooms were not working and a quite concerning electric noise was sometime present in the main bathroom. I notified the staff several times but they did nothing. Although there are "quiet hours", sometimes people talking very loud during the night on the balcony next to your window wake you up. Beside all of that (and being overpriced), I liked the location and the ocean view. The staff was courteous (even though did nothing to fix the outlets).

The property was amazing. The only thing that I didnt like was that extra charge I had to pay when I checked in. They chargred for the useage of the AC. When I booked this property it didn't say anything about additional AC chargers or resort fees.

Absolutely loved our stay. Units are a little outdated, but they are comfortable, big and clean. All kitchen supplies were available, as we opted to shop and cook some of our meals during our stay. LOVED watching the sunset at the ocean pool every night. Super friendly neighbors who let us borrow boogie boards for the entire week. We will absolutely be back. 5 minutes from downtown Kona.

This property had small green lizards inside the unit that scared by children and wife, the units A/C control was locked and you have to pay an additional $35 / day to use that we found out at the property (sly move). There was a sticky mat under one of the tables that had trapped a cockroach. There is no house keeping and I would recommend not asking for toilet paper specially from the manager. After 5 days we ran out of toilet paper and per their suggestion as we checked in, I went to ask for toilet paper and the person at the counter that later presented her as the manager was so condensing and rude that is hard to describe here best to buy a few rolls at the store. If you want to enjoy the hard earned vacation avoid this place for sure. This is my first review because had I read some thing like this I would have not chosen this place.

My girlfriends and I stayed for 8 nights, booked through hotels.com. This place did not disappoint! The condo it self was spacious- we had a one bedroom, 2 full bath, and an ocean view. Everything was clean, kitchen was fully stocked with kitchen utensils, dishes, pots and pans. Appliances were in good working condition. Having a washer and dryer in the condo was a huge plus! The king size bed was comfy. We did not opted to pay pay the extra $25 a night for AC but it really wasn’t too bad with the slider doors open and fans on. The ocean view was beautiful and at night we got to see all the manta ray tour boats in the bay. The location was perfect. There is a shopping center just up the road with grocery stores, a few restaurants, and gas station. We were less than 10 miles from downtown.

I don't like that I had to pay for air conditioner. I cleaned the whole apartment my self and still paid a cleaning fee I washed all linen and folded and made beds no one had to clean for us but other then that we loved everything else about are stay I will definitely be coming back

Location was great, mins from harbour for snorkelling trips and 15 mins away from downtown. Be careful AC. Ot included in units an extra fee of 50$ per day for using them. That was not mentioned on website while booking and i fell is exaggerated and unnecessary

It was ok for the price and location.
Getting our keys and trying to get into the condo wasn’t the easiest experience. Once we got through the gate and got the correct key to unlock the door, we noticed an awful smell once in the condo. After having the windows and fans running all week, the smell never went away. It wasn’t the cleanest condo, lots of mold/mildew and the carpet felt very dirty. There was a ton of dust throughout. The dishes were not washed. The bed and linens were very uncomfortable as well. The one great thing was the view from the lani. Ocean/golf course view. Property was fairly clean and maintained when we walked about. We were bummed the ocean view pool was down, it was one of the reasons we picked this resort. Parking was tight. Don’t have a large vehicle if you want to park in your designated spot. We had a rav4 and it was tight.

Es nuestra segunda vez que nos hospedamos en este Resort, estuvimos en 2017 en la unidad 2701 y todo fue excepcional pero ahora estuvimos en la 2802 ( Abril 27 al 30) y no nos gustó: 4 cucarachas durante la estadía, los inodoros de las regaderas no bajan rápido y el agua se queda acumulada, el toilette no baja con fuerza, la pintura de las paredes envejecidas, las ventanas no cerraban bien, la mini cocina del balcón todo oxidado, el edredón de la habitación principal muy viejo. No justifica los $395 $95 de aire acondicionado que pagamos.

Beautiful view, nice grounds, good kitchen. Bed was horrible though aand there was no wifi
