Thank you for the Review, HOWEVER, You Were emailed the WIFI Password Prior to his Arrival so he must have missed that Email, however he complied with the other instructions so he must have missed the Password that was included and on his Paperwork, PLUS it is also on the Modem in the condo AND He did not contact us for it since his missed it.

There was No misleading. There is no guarantee of a specific room on Expedia just like Hotels on this site they do not guarantee any specific room and the room they were in IS booked all the time and guests Love it. Privately owned Condos are not for everyone where they can Cook and have full size appliances and more cooking essentials than is ever needed. Hotels are a much better fit for some guests and these guests are one of them that should stay with Hotels not privately decorated, furnished and supplied condos.

She was in the system and yes a newer front desk person was on duty but there is Nothing wrong with that. What part of 372 sq ft did she not understand and it is a perfect size for 2 Adults so I have no idea what she is talking about. Bigger than Hotel rooms and you can cook and don’t have to eat all of your meals out.

This guest snuck 8 extra people into the condo and used all of the linens and towels creating more work for the cleaner and the condos maximum is 2 guests. I do not understand why he thinks he can do that and then give a low score. He also told me he was canceling 2 weeks prior and then showed up to check in. Luck for him I had one unit left available.

We have No idea what she is talking about and since she did not leave any details this Review is NOT Valid.

Vacation are not for everyone and you should probably stick with Hotels and have to eat all of your out as an added expense and then tell us that is a cheaper way to go as your statements are ridiculous.

There is info that you received that parking is limited so not sure why you would include it in your review as you were fully aware.

This Reciew is not Valid. These guests broke the faucet in the bathroom off and sprayed water all over the bathroom and did not wipe it up. The cleaner went in to clean it up and then I kicked them put because they also LIED and had 4 guests and the reservation stated 2 and our condos only accommodate 2 guests SO I don’t even k is why they are allowed to write a review. We had to hire a Plumber to fix the faucet they broke. Ridiculous. I will be contacting Expedia about them and deleting their review as it is not Valid.

What the Frig?

Ridiculous. They staged it.

Just like Hotels there is no guarantee of a specific room however this room is exactly as discribednand the type of room they booked. I am tired of guests booking a room and then lying and saying it is different when this type of room has multiple rooms as discribed. Stay in a Hetel and see what you get and you have eat and pay for all of your meals in restaurants. Ridiculous.

She did not have the nerve to detail the reason for the scoring.

This is a bunch of lies. These guests kept tripping the breaker by loading it up with multiple appliances at once. Everyone knows Not to do that. These guests were guests from Hell.

They did not book an Ocean View room so that got exactly what they paid for which was very inexpensive for the area. These guests need to get a clue. Most Rooms in Hotels and especially PRIVATELY OWNED CONDOS ARE NON-SMOKING. That is a nasty habit anyway and they Need to Give it up as Smokersare a Minority Now , NOT a Majority and is Nasty for a Non-Smoking to walk into a room where a Smoker has Stayed and Smoked.

I Don’t know what they are talking about.

It is a Studio as advertised, not sure what part of that they did not understand. Of course there are bigger units, 1 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms, etc. So they could have rented one of those for a lot more Money and NOT Downtown walkable to Everything.

This guest is ridiculous and does not know what she is talking about. No one ever said the name of the property was anything other than the correct name of Kona Islander Inn. ALL of the paperwork she received was very detailed as to the name of the Property and address. I don’t really know what this persons issue was but it is unjustified and ridiculous beyond words.
