Bearable but will never come back
Check in was alright 50$ dep btw as we were looking for the room their was building maitenence being done everywhere. Some guy spray painting in the front of rooms out in the open. He had a mask but guest dont. When we got to our room the door was taped because of the repainting i assume once in the room the smell was weird smelled like straight toilet water so we opened a window. Then 4 minutes later a bunch of housekeeping maids came to our door specifically can barely speak english and kept saying fridge fridge so i said to my boyfriend i guess she needs to see the fridge and i let her in. She walked in and took a wet towel out of the fridge. N they all left. We looked at eachother like umm okay. So ofc i inspected the beds n bathroom those were clean no bed bugs surprisingly. Yet there were bugs crawling from outside n under the cracks of the door we literally had to take turns killing them. Also your probably wondering why we didnt leave its because we didnt experience issues until after we settled they had a policy where if u notice things on arrival and do not touch anything then they will switch your room but if you already put the room to your liking then its too late to change it. So basically we had to just make adjustments to our best ability the next morning since check outs 11 am and check in is 3pm those same maids were just talking so loud by the door they came to our door an hour before check in to pound on the door lile the damn police just never again

The single worst place I have ever stayed at....ever. In addition, they have a security breach and my credit card had an extra $1000 of charges four hours after check in so I had to shut the card down.

The staff was super nice. The room had a lot to be desired bathroom fan squelch constantly. Bathroom door was broken and did t shut. Hair dryer was melted. There was hair in our bath linens. And baseboards were very filthy. I reported the next morning at check out but nothing was offered to remedy or compensation

We had family come in at the last minute so we had an extra person and was charged 44 dollars then they call my niece saying she had 3 extra adults and 6 kids in her room and she was the only adult and my other niece had to prove her daughter and her friend was 14 accused her of sneaking in adults be careful they watch your every move said my son and grandson was running around and making noise and they were sleeping we will never stay there again and certainly will not recommend to anyone I will be extra before I will stay there again

Just a cheap motel with no amenities and very low class people. Wont take a wife there. Just sleep one night because work.

We didn't end up staying because they informed us that they would be charging $30.00 a night for our mini poodle. That was over $200 for the 7days. We lost our home during the hurricane. And 30.00 for a small dog is outrageous.

This is not a high-end hotel. I knew that when I booked so I pretty much knew what to expect. It's not a bad or unsafe place to stay, just sort of run down and aged.

Charged 60 dollars for pets so much for pet friendly. No breakfast. TV didn’t work. Wish I could get my money back

We were passing through Okeechobee for one night and stayed at The Flamingo. It is a well-maintained older building that met our needs in every way. What really impressed us was that they tracked us down two days later to let us know my husband had left his watch. They mailed it to him free of charge. Going the extra mile meant a lot!

The Pink Flamingo in Okeechobee was fine for our purpose, an overnight stay during a fishing trip. It was clean. There was a TV, internet, a small refrigerator and the beds were clean and nice. Fishing was great!
