Because we had a pet they gave me a room that was next to the propane gas water heaters and they kept going off like an exloosion. Carpets were stained.

Unfriendly staff. The place really needs to be updated. We had no shampoo or conditioner in the shower, a dirty towel was draped over a hanger in the closet. It just looked and felt dirty. Breakfast was good, but “hot” selections were not hot. They really need to have some supervision over the cleaning crew. I just expect more from this company.

Room decor is dated but staff is amazing, so it's a tradeoff. Oh, and Applebee's is across the parking lot. So that's convenient.

The people at the front desk were very friendly both when we checked in and out. The staff overall was nice and polite. Would highly recommend the hotel.

The only thing negative was an overflowing trash can near the front door that was so full trash was on the ground around it when we arrived one afternoon. The same full trashcan and trash was on the ground when we checked out the next morning. I spoke with the manager .....something about not having enough employees so they were short and no applicants.

The sheets had poop on them. Had to change rooms at 10 pm and was put a double queen room with a regular bathtub instead of a walk in shower which is what I booked

The air conditioning unit in the room where I stayed had a fan motor that made a high pitched noise. It seems that the bearing in the fan motor needed replacement. The noise from the fan motor was so disruptive, that I wasn't able to sleep. When I checked in, the person at the front desk told me that all of the rooms had sold out for the night. The faulty AC fan was very noticable and should have been addressed by the hotel staff before they allowed another guest to use the room.

Check in was effortless. We checked in fairly late and the host was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Love this hotel for our stays at the local horse shows.

The beds are comfortable, the rooms are nice. The only thing is if they would get smart TVs with Netflix and the such lol but we love staying here and we’re happy the process finally came down so we could Come back

The hotel is old. The room had bad smell, stained carpet allover, and super noisy air-conditioner. Also, there were noisy drunk people on the hallway who kept us awaken all night Bad experience!

The sheets weren't positively clean looking. Not enough light in that area to see if it was just dirty looking or actually dirty. there was a little mold in the bathtub area and the soap holders weren't really clean looking. There was a live roach in the bathroom.

Front desk never the phone . When downstairs to front desk she was busy read a book . Next day when downstairs to front deskabout the wifi and tv cable no signal i told them about the problem they said let when Maintenance gets here

Needs a Deep Clean
The carpet in the room was heavily stained and felt like it hadn't been cleaned in years. Had to wear shoes or sandals to walk on carpet. The bathroom floor left black dirt on the bootom of the floor towell. We typically really like Hampton Inn, but not this one.

Pool was closed. Not told about it until after check in when we went to use it. Front staff rude and unhelpful. No Mini fridge in room I should have checked but you would think a hotel like this it would be standard.. Next time will stay at holiday inn.
