The hotel was busy for the eclipse, but the front desk person was very helpful. Breakfast had several options. Beds were comfortable.

Older motel. In need of some repair. Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice, but nothing extraordinary. Typical for most breakfast. We would stay there again if in the area.

Property shows some wear. The bathroom lights were not very bright, but the room was clean, the staff were friendly. Ran out of bread for toast at the breakfast well before 9, and did not replenish. Limited options at breakfast for gluten sensitive people, but thats the case pretty much eveywhere.

Staff were able to move me to a different room at the last minute due to unforeseen challenges on my part, so this was most appreciated. Room was clean. Pillows were very uncomfortable. Fridge made some odd random noise that was disturbing. Air unit was also more loud that necessary. Overall the place just needs work, you can see where it needs to be painted and drywall needs repair. Pancake machine was also broken but fortunately they had enough other choices for breakfast.

Our stay was comfortable and the room was clean. There were some obvious updates needed but that is understandable. We saw only 3 employees and they were very accommodating. We would certainly recommend this location to anyone staying in Heber Springs Arkansas!

Room obviously not cleaned. Lid to cup on floor. Dust and dirt all over floor. Not restocked with coffee and creamer. Bed was comfy and a/c worked well

Love the dog friendliness. Would rather be as far away from construction workers as possible because they set our dogs to barking coming and going at night.

I loved the convenience of their location. The breakfast was really good. The only thing I didn't like was the comfort with the hide-a-bed. It was easy to pull out and put up but the frame was squeaky and noisy. Also I could feel the springs of the bed frame as I slept or tried to sleep. It wasn't comfortable at all. However, it was all that was available at the time I booked.

Building was out dated , but clean. Staff was very nice and helpful. Door lock broken and would only open with staff help. Shower would not drain quickly.

Have stayed there several times as it is a nice place to stay for the cost and for its proximity to the Little Red River Fishing. The staff is great and accommodating. The only issues I have are that there always seems to be something that is not quite working; however, this is not a deal killer.

The staff were great and super nice. Our bedding had stains on them (including spots of blood.) Found a used dental floss right outside the bathroom. Pretty positive the lotion that was left by the shampoo and conditioner had been used. The beds were very uncomfortable. Cleanliness just wasn't up to my standards. Not $150 worth..

The room was clean, but the wifi didn’t work well, and the door didn’t latch properly. You could see light through the jam of the door. The beds were not very comfortable, especially the pull out couch.

The smell in the room was the only complaint we had. Supposed to have been a non smoking room, but it smelled like a smoker had been in there for years. That is one of the hardest smells to get out of walls etc., So maybe that was the problem.

Liked the price. The location is okay, away from noise, but not near food. The breakfast was very disappointing, just a frozen burrito I could have found at a convenience store, and not a good on either.
