The main problem I had with my stay here was that I was billed twice for the room. Hotels.com stated that I had paid for the room, but the clerk at the desk did not agree, and seemed to have a hard time understanding what I was saying. I paid for the room again hoping to resolve this through Hotels.com, but they were told to call back when a manager was available, and I have been informed that they were never able to reach a manager. Seems like a scam to me, but at best it's awful customer service.
As for the property - it's adequate for an overnight highway stop, the breakfast was a little stale by the time I got there, but there were still eggs and sausage.
