Accueil sympathique, même si l'hôte nous a accueilli en maillot de bain. Piscine sympathique Qualité du petit déjeuner moyenne. Salle de bain pas terrible : pas de paroie de douche, interdiction de jeter le papier toilette dans les toilettes et mauvaise odeur ... Tres très mauvaise odeur sur les draps et les serviettes de toilette, ce qui rend la nuit "très compliquée". Fenetres qui ne ferment pas vraiment bien ...

Hotel a gestione familiare, personale molto gentile. Parti comuni carine ma le stanza avrebbero bisogno di una ristrutturazione, soprattutto il bagno. Colazione davvero essenziale. Considerando il prezzo molto conveniente è buono per una notte se si è di passaggio da Heraklion

Lovely family-fun hotel
Lovely family-fun hotel. The room was nice with three beds, a sink, fridge and a balcony. The shower worked fine and wifi downstairs was good. The pool was excellent, clean and with a good range of depth. The host was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good value and drinks were available from the fridges throughout.

For a trip on a budget, this was a great hotel. Staff were all welcoming and friendly, a very family atmosphere. Room was clean, bed comfy, little lounge area with kitchenette (fridge, sink and kettle), and a little terrace looking out on pool. Bathroom entertaining as the shower curtain has a mind of its own, and the bin gets used a lot.

I came here in mid February until the first week of March. First time, though I have been coming to Crete for the last 12 years. I was looking for a place from which I could move easily in the Heraklion region. I was here for business. The location is perfect as it is very close to the sea, close to the main routes of communication, and very quiete, at least in this period. In Summer of course it becomes populated, I guess, but that is good becaouse the area becomes vibrant and exciting. There many shops, there are Supermarkets near by (one of them is very famous in all Europe, even in London). Petrol stations are very frequent in this area. Although you do not see it and do not hear it, the motorway is just 3 minutes from here, and it is very convenient if you want to go here and there, especially when exploring sites in Summer, or for business reasons. Parking is very easy and just at the Hotel premises. The personnel is very nice and friendly. There is a very nice swiming pool, but I couldn't use it this time. Near here there are a lot of sites that need to be seen, do not miss them. Last, but not least, the price has been quite good. Really convenient. So, all in all, I had a very good experience at this Hotel, and I suggest it to you very much. Fabio

You are liar. We said that to you on your face... you know why we said it to you. You came for one night. We treated you perfect, we gave you a very nice Apartment overlooking the hotel swimming-pool and you give the Hotel 2 out of 10. So, you tell us what it was not working, to give 2? You attack us for treating you fine as a guest? You must be ashamed. Everything was working, everything was fine. Get a life... we are not Psychologists. Visit one very soon. J.ai aimé la proximité de l’aer mais du coup c’eTait galère pour aller en bus à Heraklion. La chambre était très correcte mais la salle de bain était trop vétuste ,la base des Wc était très sale , la douche , les coins ... Géorgie qui est là en permanence ne parle que le grec . Et se moqué éperdument de la clientèle étrangère. Il a fallu 4heures de tracas pour qu’elle me donne le document de la navette stipulant l’ho De départ à 5hdu matin ......jen’aieu Ce papier qu’à 20h passé. Trop de laxisme et de négligence dans cet hotel

Your booking was for one night, room only, no breakfast, we hardly saw you! The hotel received by e-mail your bus-transfer, and placed it on the hotel info board. You spoke only French, and you failed to see it on the onfo board, when you came down to the reception at 12:00 noon, 10 min before, your departure time! Thats the true story. The property was nice and clean very spacious and nice staff, it would be more helpful if we had spoken more Greek although they were still helpful when we needed, breakfast was small but tasty and light for the morning, the shower could of been bigger and the water kept splashing outside the shower. But we were provided with a mop so this was a minor issue

schönes Hotel in Strandnähe, große Zimmer mit Balkon, kein Luxus, aber alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht, war vorhanden. Sehr freundliches Hotelpersonal. Frühstück nicht sehr üppig, aber doch vollkommen ausreichend.

I want to stay there again:)
Nice big n clean room, good service, we misunderstood the time of arrival n breakfast time, but all staff flexibly serve us! Cafeteria was so confortable area! Only one ting you need to know, pool is closed off season. But the ocean is close to walk in mins in the day time!

Delightful friendly family hotel. Excellent value.
Our stay was arranged last minute but the very friendly family hotel owners were incredibly flexible and considerate when catering for our particular needs. Our room was spacious and clean. Although self-contained in terms of bar, food and swimming pool, it is only 5 minutes walk from the beach and beachside shops/restaurants. An enjoyable and memorable short stay. Homemade ice cream a speciality. Also have on sale interesting local wines, honey and oil for gifts. Only 15 minutes drive from Heraklion airport.

Hôtel familial avec personnel sympa mais chambres relativement vétustes surtout salle d eau et bcp de bruit de la route très proche. Clim en option 4 euros par chambre et par nuit A noter une excellente moussaka maison.

Sweet little dwelling
10 minutes by foot to the beach, 3 minutes to the main street with bus stations, restaurants, markets etc. Directly near a little brook with fish, turtles and geese inside it. Perfect shelter to enjoy the island - breakfast- (and dinner-)buffet, air conditioning in the room, wi-fi. Very friendly and helpfull staff.

Great Swimming pool and friendly welcomed from the family owner of the small but friendly hotel which is OK for few days only. The owner's son suggestions are fine and good for finding good tips for a good taverna in Heraklion near the castle.the old parents do not speak any English but no problem.

Gemütliches Hotel für ein paar Nächte
Wir verbrachten unseren Urlaub in Chania und verbrachten die letzte Nacht in diesem Hotel, damit der Weg zum Flughafen am nächsten Tag nicht mehr so weit ist. Das einchecken war unmöglich da die Dame an der Rezeption kein Englisch verstand und mit check in nichts anfangen konnte. Nach 30 Minuten gaben wir auf und warteten bis der Sohn da war. Warum man jemanden an die Rezeption setzt der kein Englisch kann ist uns nicht verständlich.. Allerdings muss ich sagen würde ich das Hotel für ein paar Nächte immer wieder buchen, es war sehr sauber (obwohl die Bewertungen was anderes sagten) und der Pool und die Außenanlage ist gepflegt und sehr ruhig. In die Gegend würde es mich jetzt nicht ziehen aber für die ersten 2 oder letzten 2 Nächte auf jeden Fall wieder.

Ho pernottato 2 notti presso l'hotel Arhodiko a fine marzo (euro 27/notte). La struttura a conduzione familiare è un po datata ma molto pulita. La camera freschina (ho beccato una settimana di mal tempo e basse temperature). Avrei apprezzato poter dormire un pochino di più al mattino (diciamo fino alle 8.30-9. Tra l'altro c'era stato quel week end il cambio dell'ora, aggiungiamo un'ora di fuso significa che le 8 locali, nel mio bioritmo erano le 6!) e poi, per me era una vacanza...ma purtroppo, vuoi le porte che dall'esterno non hanno maniglia e quindi vengono tirate, vuoi che tutta Creta era in fermento per i preparativi pre stagione turistica... la sveglia è stata forzata. Ho preso un pacchetto che includeva la colazione: 1 uovo sodo, pane (buonissimo quello con sesamo e uva passa), formaggio/prosciutto, burro/marmellata, tè/caffè. Per quanto mi riguarda era più che sufficiente e di buona qualità.

Net Hotel met zwembad dicht bij strand en winkels.
Netjes Hotel net buiten centrum van Ammoudara Gerund door enthousiaste familie. Kamers om de dag verschoond en voorzien van nieuwe handdoeken en bedlinnen. Schoon zwembad van redelijk formaat en voldoende ligbedjes en parasols Breakfast weinig variatie maar uitstekend met vers brood en cake etc. ook aanrader is hun dagelijks buffet voor 9 euro! Hotel centraal gelegen op eiland zandstrand, zee, winkels, en restaurants/ bars etc. op paar minuten afstand lopen. Iraklion 15 minuten met auto of bus. personeel vriendelijk en engels/duits sprekend. uitstekend prijs/kwaliteits verhouding. dus kortom zeker een goede aanrader voor een heerlijke vakantie op Kreta

Bargain Hotel, Great Location.
I was at the Arhodiko for five nights, October 2015. I loved that I could walk to the Main Street, shop, and eat in some very good restaurants close by. I loved that I had a balcony from which to watch the sunset, a fridge, and the older couple who mostly were there gave me a kettle to make tea in my room. The grandson spoke excellent English but he isn't there much so you explain as best you can. They are a lovely family. The pool was immaculately clean and perfect for sunbathing on the loungers. I found that a few mosquitoes came in at night, because there are no screens and I had the doors open a bit. The shower is very small indeed, hardly room to turn around, and you have to just hold the shower head in your hand. But the room was cleaned daily. Plus the breakfast of ham, cheese, bread, juice and egg set me up for the day. This is a bargain hotel and for me it was perfect, but don't expect luxury!

Arhodiko Hotel welcomes you
The family who run this guesthouse are very welcoming. The room is spotless and the sheets and towels were changed every two days which is fine. Although the area is not the most picturesque, there is a regular bus service into Heraklion for 1.70 euros. The bus and mini market are a two minute walk away. The beach is a 5 minute walk away. Breakfast is included. I got a room with a double and single bed. There is a fridge and electric plate with pots for cooking. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. It is very safe and comfortable here.
