Vooral de service van de familie die het runt was geweldig; voelde aan als een warm bad. Ligging tov van de restaurants en de uitgaansgelegenheden was perfect. Zwembad was een kleine oase, heerlijk.

The owners were friendly and helpful, and it was cheap. However, the fact that A/C was NOT included was well hidden in the list of conditions. While Expedia listed the place as "having A/C", you actually have to pay 6-8 Euros extra to actually "use" the A/C. I think it is important for potential future customers to know that yes, the place is cheap and the owners are nice, don't be surprised that you will have to pay extra for A/C.

We operate in an area that attracts travellers of great diversity. Many of our customers would prefer to not use A/C and save on room prices instead. Therefore A/C comes at an extra charge. We consider it unfair to take the blame for not clearly stating it (it is stated but not clearly for some) as we have absolutely no control over it. Hopefully this complaint and our complaints towards the companies in charge are considered and resolved soon.

Ou studio economy room was amazing. We were pleasantly surprised that the little kitchen included a sink, refrigerator, stove, pot and a pan. The family who ran the hotel was incredibly friendly and always wanting to help out in any way possible. Location seas amazing. Only an 18 minute walk away from the beach.

L'accueil est excellent. Les 2 frères sont hyper accueillants et sympathiques. Le coin piscine est agréable, y prendre un petit déjeuner crétois l'incite. Les chambres ne donnent pas sur la route, ce qui est un avantage. Par contre, les chambres sont mal isolées, et c'est difficile à supporter si des voisins sont bruyants. Sinon , c'est un coin agréable pour un petit prix

La struttura era semplice ed essenziale ma pulita; i proprietari (due fratelli) sono straordinariamente gentili e ci hanno fornito molte informazioni su quanto avremmo potuto vedere nei dintorni. La posizione della struttura è molto buona (un po' difficile da trovare...), in zona tranquilla ma vicina al centro, comodissima per raggiungere Malia Vecchia e con facilità di parcheggio. Sono soddisfatto della scelta fatta, se non si cerca il lusso la struttura è vecchiotta ma ottima. Lo consiglio

Il n y a absolument rien a redire. Petit hotel simple, mais avec un personnels au top, tres attentionnés. Une localisation ideale ( tout proche arret de bus, plage, commerce). Je n ai absolument pas regretté mon choix et si je dois repartir je reviendrais au meme endroit sans hésiter! Je souhaites encore une fois faire remarquer la gentilesse du personnels qui a largement participé a la reussite de mes vacances. Merci à vous : )

Tres sommaire en rapport avec le prix. Ok pour une etape mais pas pour un sejour. Chambres en bord de route tres fréquentée par des motards et voitures adeptes des dérapages, echappements libres. ... impossible de dormir correctement. Accueil des 2 frères sympathique. Très peu de contacts car nous avons fui malia regulierement. Vieux village typique. Église extraordinaire par ses peintures. Restaurant Avli super. Ville réservée aux jeunes fetards !

LCCみたく、細かく追加料金が設定されているホテルなので、ベースの部屋料金と追加料金を考えて、選択してください。必要なものは近くのスーパーで全て揃うので、便利は良い。マリアはプライベートでビーチがほとんどで、パブリックビーチは歩いて3I’m歩きます。 良い点 ・イラクリオンからの公共バス停32番の直ぐ近くで、大きなスパーも近く。 ・イラクリオン空港から直接、公共バスKTAでアプローチできる。 ・ミニキッチン、冷蔵庫、電気ポットが部屋に装備。 ・バスタオルとフェイスタオルはあるが、 石鹸、シャンプー、キッチン洗剤やスポンジ、ヘアドライヤーはない。ハウスキーピングも毎日はない。WIFIはプールサイドのみ。 朝食やエアコンは別料金。 悪い点 ・プールサイドへの飲食物持ち込み禁止。 ・部屋のテレビとWIFIはなし。

J'ai passée 21 jours à l'hôtel Ibiscus Contrairement à tous ce que j'ai lu de négatifs, je peux dire que c'est FAUX! Un très bonne accueil, le personnel toujours présents et à dispositions du client. 1 / Wifi = OK 2/ Appart très propre et tout est bien fonctionnel. La femme de ménage passe tout les jours pour vider poubelle, balailler 3 / Lit très confortable excellent pour le dos 4/ Frigo fonctionne très bien 5/ Eau chaude aussi (contrairement à un commentaire négatif) 6/ Piscine très propre 7/ Très bon petit déjeuner et au choix . Que dire de plus...! Je le conseil vivement pour le prix franchement c'est vraiment Excellent N'hésitez surtout pas à aller en Famille, Aris, Dimitri et leur père sont vraiment formidable, et surtout à l'écoute du besoin du Client. Je compte bien y retourner fin Septembre Octobre

J'ai aimé la disponibilité et la gentillesse du propriétaire. Studio parfait, propre, ménage effectué tout les jours. Petit bémol, chambre mal insonorisée. Hôtel très calme malgré qui se trouve au centre ville.

Ok standard, not too far from Malia or the beach.
The staff was nice, it’s run by a family so quite relaxing vibe about the whole place. Not too much noise from the road either.

Hôtel proche de toutes les commodités et à 15 petites minutes à pied de la plage. Personnel accueillant, toujours de bons conseils et familial. Chambres très corrects avec frigo, plaques de cuisson et bouilloire. Rien à dire ! Merci !

Tranquilo y a un paso de todo.
Los dueños muy amables y amigables, nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Es un lugar sencillo pero muy agradable, cercano a la avenida principal, restaurant y vida nocturna. La playa queda a pocos minutos caminando.

Das Hotel befindet sich etwas ausserhalb des Zentrums, dieses ist aber in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war sehr gepflegt und relativ neu. Leider hat es im Bad keinen Duschvorhang und alles war nachdem duschen nass, ebenfalls ist das W-Lan nur im Poolbereich und nicht in den Zimmern verfügbar. Ich hatte im Zimmer einige Ameisen, welche aber nichz weiter gestört haben. Da haben mich die lästigen Stechmücken viel mehr gestört. Schöne Gartenanlage mit Pool und Liegen.

The most friendly staff and the most homely stay.
Myself and a friend stayed at the Ibiscus Hotel in Malia for 6 nights. This is the first ever review I have made about a hotel, and I truly believe it deserves a brilliant rating. This was our first holiday abroad without a parental presence and, as you can imagine, we were a bit nervous. However as soon as we found the manager of the hotel, we instantly felt so much more relaxed. He quickly and helpfully took us through the important details of our stay, informed us about the AC, and that we were able to ask them for any help. During our stay we both wanted to try hiking through the Samaria Gorge (about five hours from Malia by coach) the manager and his wife were able to set us up with our excursion tickets and advice on the trip within 20 minutes of us enquiring. Every time we came back to the hotel after a day of exploring they welcomed us warmly and on occasion we engaged with them about how we are getting on. The environment at Ibiscus Hotel really did enhance our experience in Malia and the staff really do care about you having a brilliant time while you are there. During the day it was peaceful, with music playing in the main area with the pool and a beautiful view of the mountains all around. On our last night at the hotel it was a little bit emotional for me and my friend to say goodbye to the staff, that in itself highlighted how wonderful we had felt during our stay. If I ever come back to the same area, without a doubt or second thought I would stay here again.

כאשר הגענו למלון התגלתה טעות בהזמנה אך מנהלי המלון ארי ודימיטריס עזרו לנו בנדיבות ומיקמו אותנו במלון קרוב לאיביסקוס והציעו לנו להשתמש במרחב הציבורי של המלון ככל שנרצה,חוץ מזה נעזרנו בהם עוד כמה פעמים והם תמיד שמחו לעזור,יצא לנו לראות חדרים של המלון שחברים היו בהם ואנחנו יכולים להעיד כי החדרים נוחים ונותנים תמורה טובה למחיר. אנחנו מאוד ממליצים על המלון אך לא על ההזמנה מאתר זה.
