Fragiskos, the manager, was very helpful and kind. The room was spacious and clean, and there was an elevator, making move-in/move-out a cinch.

Nous avons réservé notre séjour à la dernière minute (la veille pour le lendemain) nous avons été reçu par Fragiskos le propriétaire qui est une personne formidable, tant par sa gentillesse que par ses conseils et sa disponibilité en cas de besoin, l’hotel est très bien situé, dans un petit quartier commerçant avec beaucoup de restaurant, assez calme, à 3 minutes à pied de la plage, situé à 20min en bus d’Heraklion, l’arret de bus est au pied de l’hotel, question propreté, c’est dans un état impeccable, la femme de ménage fait un travail remarquable, seul petit bémol le mobilier un peu vieux mais cela n’a en rien changé notre super séjour, je recommande à 100% !

Für den Preis ist nichts besseres vorstellbar
Natürlich ist das neuste Hotel allerdings für den Preis viel mehr als man erwarten kann. Das Personal war auch äußerst nett und hilfsbereit.

Simple but good
Simple hotel in simple, a bit trashy area, but complet, clean room, very friendley and helpfull staff, nice pool. The beach is not beautyfull but full of live. We loved it for a short stay at tge end of our journey. Bus directley to airport very close.

Clean. The guy that runs the hotel is great. He was very helpful with places to eat,places to go,how to get where we wanted to go. He was wonderful. I would stay again.

Nice Friendly Apartments, Near To Beach
As a solo traveller I stayed at Manos Studios for 4 days. Brilliant wee place, 2 minutes walk to supermarkets, restaurants and bus stop into main city. Five minutes walk to the beach. Transfer from/to airport about 20 - 30 minutes. Franciscos, the owner, very helpful with good English. I was on the 3rd floor and had no problem with wi-fi. Lovely and relaxing place - would defo rebook again and recommend to family/friends.

Séjour dans la beach city de Amoudara.
Excellent endroit, très belle piscine. Proprio très gentil et serviable. 30 minutes de Héraklion en bus no. 6. Mais secteur tranquille très près de la belle plage de Amoudara.Manque un peu d'accessoires pour la cuisine.

Der Studiobesitzer ist sehr zuvorkommend und unterstützend. Er erklärt Wege, Busverbindungen, etc.. Es herrscht eine familiäre Stimmung im Hotel.

Proximité plage Et piscine appréciable. La rue à proximité : pleins de commerces et de resto. Rue assez animé Sans pour autant etre bruyante. Bémol, Pour un hotel appartement le côté cuisine est un peu petit. Pas de réel table Pour manger. Je recommande plutot Pour les petits séjour.

Nice hotel and friendly.
If you contact the hotel prior to arrival they are very helpful with organising taxi's/ buses from the airport; if you have a late arrival I would definitely suggest letting them know as the reception isn't 24hrs. The hotel pool is really nice for a relax and the rooms are well equipped, though there was no chopping board in the room I stayed in. Cleaning happens twice a week and the staff are very good at working around your schedule as much as they can. The hotel is at the end of a little dead end road so it is quiet, however, the walls within the hotel are rather thin so you will very likely hear your fellow guests. The main road of Ammoudara is about 1-2 minutes from the hotel and has plenty of shops and restaurants. The beach is about 5-10minutes away and is beautiful, the water is generally warm but if there has been rough water you will find its a lot cooler. I highly recommend staying here, it is good for the price you will pay.

Awesome management
What makes this experience special is the special touch from the management. He had arranged for early check in despite that I am way too early for the check in time at 8am and late check out knowing that the ferry back was 9pm. The extra miles are greatly appreciated especially with the weather condition that day. Location is good where we are also 5 mins walk away from the beach with plenty of eateries jus outside on the main road

Отличный отель
Хорошее расположение, рядом много таверн и пара магазинчиков, остановка автобуса. Номера просторные, с балконом, нам попался с видом на бассейн. Отдельно хочу отметить дружелюбный персонал. В целом, есть всё, что нужно для отличного отдыха, единственный нюанс - до Ираклиона ехать на автобусе минут 15-20. Всем советую, за свои деньги отличный выбор.

Perfekt sted for en avslappende ferie!
Hadde et perfekt opphold! Stort rom med air condition, kjøleskap og varmtvann. Nær strand, restauranter, buss og butikker. Nabobutikken hadde ferskpresset appelsinjuice og ferskt brød! Fragiskos som driver stedet ga gode tips angående hvordan man skulle komme seg hit og dit, hvor man burde spise og hvor den beste stranda var.

Miejsce godne polecenia.
Plaża niedaleko, w pobliżu tawerny tak więc jest co zjeść. Właściciel bardzo miły i pomocny we wszystkim. Pokój sprzątany co drugi dzień, czysty i schludny. W pokoju aneks kuchenny z lodówką, kuchenką, piekarnikiem i naczyniami. Jeśli jest ochota można samemu przygotować posiłek. Mieszkaliśmy 8 dni z małym dzieckiem. Miejsce godne polecenia, a cena bardzo dobra.
