Worst hotel-experience in my 40 years
They where not prepared for us when we came, the room was very dirty with dead cockroach, pubic hair in the bed and dirt on the covers. Windows where cracked, spider web on the AC. We complained and they removed the cockroach, but didn’t clean anything else. We where going to Knossos and asked if we could refill our water bottles before the trip, we where then accused of being thieves and they screamed at us. The breakfast was dry bread, and they did not follow the COVID-restrictions, nobody had a facemask, 30 people stood in a tight line only to have to ask a women for every peace of bread or ham you wanted, all supervised by the manager. When we asked for our money back the insulted us some more, and accused us of blackmailing them (?)

Do not enter
First impressions was entering reception with an angry customer wanting to speak to the manager. Upon entering the room without any help by the staff the floor was dirty, the balcony furniture had to be cleaned, the Televisions did not work and the remote was held together with sticky tape, the bathroom basin leaked onto the floor and your feet and so on. I did not complain because it was only a 1 night stop over but later when asked I told them the basin is leaking. The next morning we had a knock on the door, the maintenance guy wanted to fix the basin, I told him if he could wait for a few minutes because we were getting ready to leave,he was not impressed and walked off without a word. When checking out the manager ask how was our stay so I tried to explain but every time I mentioned a fault he repeatedly made me repeat myself. I then realised that was his way of avoiding the issue and it was not just him not understanding me for I am Greek. Oh and the breakfast (what a joke) sour faces everywhere.

As you claim, this was the reason for not mentioning anything about your problems but as we see, this did not prevented you from leaving such a bad review. Hotel plus qu'économique ! A fuir !
Serviettes et draps pas changés de 15 jours, manque de propreté dans la salle de bain et le sol. Matériel vétuste : lampe de chevet cassée donc elle ne s'allume pas, climatisation très très bruyante, pas de pression dans la douche... Quant aux repas... petit dejeuner : café horrible, pas de chocolat chaud, jus de fruits horrible genre tang avec beaucoup d'eau. Le dinner : en aucun cas on mange dans le restio Dionysos, on est parqué vers la petite piscine, toujours les mêmes crudités, plat principal on a le choix entre riz, pâtes et frites ! Pas de fromage quant aux fruits cela se résume à 2 moitiés de tranche de pastèque par personne et l'orange est coupée en 4 ! Franchement, hôtel très très décevant .

Chers invités, Nous sommes désolés pour vos commentaires négatifs, car nous essayons de satisfaire nos clients. Nous ne savons pas ce qui ne va pas avec le changement de linge car dans notre programme, il est à noter que vous avez fait changer le linge deux fois pendant votre séjour. De plus, les serviettes ont été changées car il n'est pas possible d'avoir les mêmes serviettes pendant 2 semaines. En ce qui concerne les repas, notre petit-déjeuner est conforme aux normes continentales que nous avons enrichies. Le petit-déjeuner continental n'inclut pas le chocolat, mais nous proposons du café, du thé, du lait, du jus de fruit, du raisin, du jus de pomme. Cependant, nous pensons que si vous nous aviez informé pendant votre séjour de toutes les situations qui vous mettaient mal à l'aise, nous vous aurions sûrement aidé dans tous les domaines. Bien que nous espérons avoir une seconde chance d’améliorer pour vous l’impression que vous avez pour nous. Sincères amitiés

Very commercial,busy area.The breakfast was closed by 9:30 am! The beds were not comfortablbe.The staff was friendly.

Locazione spar - TANA
Devo dire che era una notte di transito (arrivati alle 23:00 e rpartiti alle 09:00) e quindi senza eccessive richieste. La camera molto molto spartana ma pulita con microbagno cieco e aspiratore assordante. Colazione (dalle 08:15 con fila di persone in attesa) degna di un carcere, pochissime cose a disposizione e allo scuro. Francamente troppo poco

Worst hotel ever
If you want to visit this hotel after september month, then prepare to be without any breakfast, without any room service, without any reception desk, without any hot water, without any heating and Empty swimming pools even when the water is still hot. All you will get is a key to your room and then you are on your own.

proche de la plage, et possédant une piscine, cet hotel est situé sur une avenue où en quelques minutes à pied vous avez acces à pas mal de commerce. il y a aussi restaurant, bar et restaurant de plage à proximité. De plus la ligne 1 qui va à l'aéroport possède un arret juste devant l'hotel. Le entre ville de heraklion est à 20min en voiture, et vous y trouverez quelques grandes enseignes comme sephora, bershka, ou encore orchestra. La vielle ville est très belle et on y trouve de très bon restaurant. Quand à celui de l'hotel, j'y ai mangé à la carte, et le rapport qualité/prix y est bon, nous avons passé un bon moment. Le personnel est accueillant et sympathique même en fin de saison. Nous sommes arrivé de justesse pour le petit déjeuné et la jeune femme n'a pas hésité à nous réouvrir pour que l'on puisse se servir. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour.

Embarrassing
Upon arrival I was told that my Reservation that I had paid for over Expedia for 4 nights for 3 people was only a room for 1. .. How do you make this mistake??? Didn't they notice that I had PAID for the more expensive room? The old man who runs the hotel was sarcastic about my booking and told me I'd have to pay extra.... I was only given one towel for three of us to shower with,... The room smelled like poo the whole time. I tried to spray perfume it never helped the drain pipes must be full of poo??? The rooms were dirty and sheets had stains. The bathroom was rusty and the hot water never worked. I got an apology from the daughter the next day in reception but she never agreed to giving me anything extra other than a baby pen for my 5 month old to sleep in. And the extra towels... Once again .... It wasn't the room I PAID for.... I also paid extra for breakfast 10 euros... What a joke... Atleast make breakfast worth waking up for. Fake ham and slices of cheese and bread.... Some cheap cereal and cheap milk. Cheap coffee and cheep juice... I ordered a hot chocolate and never got a receipt... I thought maybe it's free.... Then the waiter stopped me and told me to pay... I had invited my sister in-law to my room so that she could help me with my baby but once again I was treated like a 10 year old and was pestered by the reception that no guests were aloud in my room. They called my room twice to notify me of the rules. Over all quite embarrassed.

We indeed made a mistake on the occupancy of the room and we apologized as long as we spotted our mistake. The room you were accommodated though, was the room type that you booked, a double standard room and we offered you the baby cot free of charge as an apology for our mistake upon the arrival. We also believe that if you had faced any problem with the room (lack of towels, sheets with stains etc) you should have informed us and the problems would be solved immediately. certainement pas un 3 étoiles 2étoiles tout au plus pas de transferts aéroport/hotel et réciproquement si vous repartez tot le matin pas de bus obligé prendre taxi 30euros ....... prise de courant sous la douche !!!!! petit déjeuner restreint pour un sois disant 3étoiles dans la semaine 1 fois poisson toujours viande clientèle 80% russe (bruyant) j'étais la seule française climatisation utilisée au minimum très chaud salle restaurant au petit déjeuner PHOTOS TRES AVANTAGEUSES SUR INTERNET DATANT DE DIX ANS PROBABLEMENT

We had a large family room, very comfortable. Very friendly staff. For the price, it was amazing value.It is on the bus route for the town centre.

worst stay in a hotel
Booked this hotel as it looked nice in the pictures and was rating 3 stars, according to my confirmation should be a double bed and a sofa in the room, surprisingly when i got the room was a very small room (second floor #221) that barely fit a double bed w/very uncomfortable mattress,the wifi that was suppose to have connection wasn't working in my room and unfortunately couldn't verify my confirmation (that should have a sofa also in the room)and what was even worst the tiny shower wasn't function and we couldn't take a shower and even though they had clean bathroom floor was still wet from leak in the toilet, doors are old and banging every time somebody from another room close the door we had to jump, needless to say we didn't sleep all night and next morning we went to breakfast to find a tray w/ few slices of cheese and few slices of cold cuts that is all as i turn around other guest mention that that is what they get every day, we had enough took our luggage and check out (we had pre pay for 3 nights and left after 1st night) they told us they will give us another room as they will not reimburse us but after the worst night we had we wouldn't stay there for anything, not sure how and who rates the hotels but this hotel from our part deserve no stars (maybe they have a few better rooms probably) but our experience was terrible

Les plus : fille sympa à l accueil ; plage à proximité Les moins : - chambre vétuste, - salle de bains minuscule sentant le moisi avec robinetterie rouillee et ventilation des années 1970, douche collée aux WC l enfer - la nuit : soit garder la fenêtre ouverte avec le bruit soit étouffer avec une climatisation bruyante marchant peu et non prèsente dans le coin enfant - breakfast atroce avec pain dur et céréales recrachés par les enfants, œufs en suppléments... - patron peu aimable limite désagréable - mauvais rapport qualité prix pour la Grèce

It was a horrible experience. The hotel is not what has been advertised and the management is very unfriendly. I never would suggest it to any one.

decent hotel
the hotel is nice, but this part of town isn't really that appealing in terms of quality of beach and things to do. hotel owner is very nice though. meal times are very strict, as if we want to plan our vacation around a strict breakfast time (between 8 and 9am only).

Wonderful Stay
Our stay was wonderful. George and the staff could not have been more welcoming or helpful during our stay. They were super accommodating, friendly, excellent drinks at the bars, and great recs for dining and activities. Great place for all, especially young people traveling on their own, safe neighborhood near the beach and restaurants. Only a 10 minute taxi ride to Heraklion.

Séjour très agréable. Emplacement privilégier , 400m de la plage, arrêt. de bus face à l'hôtel( Bus très pratique pour se déplacer;) Le manager de l'hôtel et toute son équipe sont toujours prêts à vous donner satisfaction. Nourriture de qualité car produits très frais(légumes , fruits, poissons). Idéal pour famille avec enfants car piscine, jeux.
